Candidate Master of Sports of Russia. Athletics ranks

Hello, dear visitors of the site. Do you know how important the title of Candidate Master of Sports in Boxing is for a fighter? How to get it and what standards do you meet?

Concept

Makes him realize the level of his professionalism. It's difficult to achieve. And this is only an intermediate stage in my career. The next one is a master of sports.

Before entering the international arena, victories in regular championships are required.

If a fighter has a degree, then he needs to strictly adhere to a certain training schedule, receive awards for them and achieve prize positions in various competitions.

Question about standards

How to become a candidate for master of sports in boxing? The answer is simple - you need to meet certain standards - regulations. The following is a table with the parameters that must be achieved to obtain the degree. Conditions considered only in Russia.

These data are indicative. They may be slightly adjusted over time. However, editing rarely occurs. Therefore, you can build on them.

Standards table

Abbreviations in the table:

M – male gender. F – female. YM – male junior. YUZH – female.

There is one more condition in paragraphs 6-11: there must be two CCMs in the program (weight class).

Sometimes CMS is called a discharge, but this is incorrect. Candidate Master of Sports is a title, not a rank. Discharges are a similar, but slightly different topic.

Conditions for obtaining the title of candidate master of sports in boxing

  1. Achievement the right age to participate in battle, and in the same calendar year.
  2. At all-Russian EKP tournaments, participants must have matches in age, weight class, regulatory component and other parameters established by the organizers.

Under these conditions, candidates for master of sports in boxing can receive the coveted title. The chances of receiving it disappear if the age limits are violated: a fighter will not receive the degree he needs if his age data does not match the parameters from the designated table.

To successfully pass the standards, you need to prepare for them with a sparring partner.

An example of obtaining CMS in this video:

Questions with the certificate of a candidate for master of sports

Obtaining this ID can be done legally or illegally. The legal method involves long, hard training, repeated performances in competitions and achieving prizes in them. This is a very difficult but legal path. And every boxer who treats himself with respect will follow this path. He will show perseverance, hard work, and give his best in training and competitions.

Illegal receipt of the specified document is associated with its acquisition. Its purchase can be made through sources on the Internet or other “dark” places. Essentially, this is a piece of plastic that gives the athlete nothing but a false title. And if someone, having received a fake certificate, flaunts it everywhere, then this is a very dishonest athlete.

A fake certificate has different price tags. They are not impressive. In our country, a document can be purchased for only 1000 rubles. And this is the maximum parameter.

Even if a person bought such a certificate, what is his further path? After all, the document needs to be presented to someone. And boxing experts are far from fools. If and when initial examination the fake was not recognized, it can be recognized over time.

Such products are produced in underground printing houses. When preparing false documents, local specialists often make grammatical and spelling errors. They immediately catch your eye when examining a fake product.

If they are not there, and in addition there is a signature of a person with certain official powers, how can one find out the authenticity. The signature may be real. It's not that difficult to add. It is simply scanned from another existing document. Many more organizations post copies of documentation on their websites. You can freely download them or take a photo and then take a signature from there. Therefore, when examining the ID, you should not pay attention to it. As a last resort, you can contact the organization that issues such certificates and find out if this athlete is on the list of holders of this document.

Conclusion

What does the title of Candidate Master of Sports give to a boxer? The answer is to switch to new level. In our country, it is necessary to comply with certain conditions and comply with current regulations. You need to work hard in training and not violate your sports regime. You will receive good recommendations from the trainer. Next there may be competitions at the city, regional, and all-Russian levels. Win there or be among the winners. The number of fights held also matters. Of course, you must be of the right age to compete. And if you participate in international championships and take prizes there, your chances increase many times over. Although under such conditions it is possible to obtain more respectable titles.

Do not follow dark paths, otherwise you may never become a candidate for master of sports in boxing and ruin your career in the early stages.

We have already tried to give you information about why sports categories and titles are still needed in our first article. In the continuation, we shared the sequence of actions to obtain youth ranks. Today we will talk about necessary actions for obtaining adult categories and CMS.

ATHLETE and PARENT

You have already grown to a certain level, you constantly compete in competitions, receive ranks and improve your class... You should follow two rules:

Listen to the coach

Perform in official competitions included in the EKP, i.e. championships and championships of municipal and federal districts, Russia, All-Russian competitions.

In the Russian Federation, confirmation and assignment of sports categories and titles is determined by a document called the Unified All-Russian Sports Classification (UESC). It indicates the standards in each sport that must be fulfilled in order to receive a certain category and title.

TO THE MANAGER/TRAINER.

The athlete’s record book must be completed and registered in the organization where he received this document, i.e. in the Federation.

APPLICATION FOR ASSIGNMENT OF A SPORTS CLASS

The sports categories of Master of Sports and the “first sports category” are assigned by executive authorities in the region physical culture and sports by REPRESENTATION (individual), containing the last name, first name, patronymic (if any), date of birth of the athlete, as well as information about the athlete’s result shown at the competition, certified by the seal (if any) and signature of the head of the regional sports federation or division of the federal body , at the location of the territorial sphere of activity of the regional sports federation or at the location of the division of the federal body.

Sports categories “second sports category” and “third sports category” are assigned by local governments of municipal districts and city districts according to a REPORT (general) for the assignment of a sports category, certified by the seal (if any) and signature of the head of the regional sports federation or local sports federation in the location their territorial sphere of activity.

We remind you that to participate in sports competitions, you must have the original insurance policy and a certificate from a sports dispensary.

List of documents required to submit for assignment of a sports category (in accordance with the Regulations on the Unified All-Russian sports classification, approved by order of the Ministry of Sports of Russia dated February 20, 2017 No. 108 (as amended on June 1, 2017 No. 479):

Within 2 weeks, send to the Presidium of your Federation a petition for athletes to assign or increase ranks, along with a package of documents.

The maximum period when documents must be received by the relevant authorities (authorities! They must be received by the federation earlier) for assignment is 4 months from the date the athlete fulfills the assignment standards.

  1. 1. submission for assignment, certified by the seal and signature of the federation for the sport and the submitting organization, in 2 copies. on paper. Submissions are submitted separately for each category and separately for sports.

Do you run in the mornings, swim in the evenings, or lift weights all day long? Well done! Perhaps you have already earned not only health and six-pack abs, but also a sports rank. So why not add it to the official list of your undeniable advantages? Anton Ivanov went to find out what was needed for this.

Where to run?

Not every competition will be considered a sufficient basis for assigning a category. To do this, they must be included in the official calendar of certain bodies that supervise the sport. Competitions approved at the ministry level can be found in a document called the UCP (Unified Calendar Plan for Interregional, All-Russian and International Physical Education and Sports Events for 2015). Competitions at a lower level will be in similar city documents.

Any resident of Russia can receive an amateur sports rank, I was pleased at Moskomsport. To do this, you need to do three things: firstly, join the sports federation of the chosen sport (submit an application and pay the membership fee), secondly, take part in competitions (often even city or district starts are enough) and, thirdly, show there is a definite result. Exactly what result and at what competitions will be sufficient depends on the type of sport; all standards can be found in a document called the Unified All-Russian Sports Classification (USSC).

If you performed successfully, then documents from the competition (copies of protocols, certificates from the main panel of judges - all this can be taken from the referees) should be submitted to the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the region at your place of residence. Your federation or sports school where you trained or competed can help with this (check documents, write applications and even send all the papers). Keep in mind that the amateur rank is valid for 2 years, after which it is canceled - unless you confirm it or go even higher.

After listening to this instruction, I went to look for the shortest route to the coveted badge on my chest.

Step one: chess

– Hello, I want to get a sports category.

I didn't beat around the bush. As they say, checkmate.

– Congratulations, you already have it. Just sign up to study at a chess school,” they answered me with a yawn at the regional chess club, where checkered board lovers gather once a week. - Everyone who studies is automatically assigned the 5th category.

Wow! If this continues, then by the end of this article I will be hung with badges like Brezhnev with medals! Curious what the icon looks like? I went online, but couldn’t find a “5th category in chess” badge in any store, or just “5th category” either.

– Maybe you’ll take the “3rd category”? “It costs 54 rubles,” the saleswoman persuaded me over the phone. And I would take it, but what to do with my conscience? And anyway, why is there a 5th rank, but not a badge? I, as taught at Moskomsport, called “upstairs”.

Unlike categories, the titles “Master of Sports” and “Master of Sports of International Class” are awarded only by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, and once and for all. These titles have no expiration date. True, they are given not for championship of the region, district and city, but only at national championships (master of sports) or international tournaments at the level of European, world or Olympic Games(master of sports of international class). You can become a candidate for master at regional, sometimes city competitions, taking a prize there.

“And they deceived you with the 5th rank,” the rating administrator of the Russian Chess Federation Ilya Filippov upset me (apparently, not even all amateur sports clubs know how ranks are now assigned). - The 5th and 4th ranks were abolished, and now the lowest rank is just the 3rd. To get it, you need to score a rating of 1400 points or higher in tournaments, information about which can be found on the federation website.

How well do you need to be able to play to get such a rating?

Well done! In September there will be competitions in Moscow in which anyone can take part, and everyone who finishes will receive the 3rd category in running,” Smirnov made me happy.

- Wow! Where can I sign up?

– And right on the Moscow Marathon website.

– Are you saying that they will give me a discharge if I run 42 kilometers and 195 meters? Is this posthumous, or what?

Why posthumously? Last year, more than nine thousand people finished, only 40 did not make it...

- So I say - posthumously... I can only travel so far on a bicycle.

However, although I liked this idea at first, it turned out that there were no bike starts nearby in the near future. And just finishing in them is not enough - even for the third category I was required to take place from 7 to 12 at city competitions.

You can receive a category in running by meeting these standards at any competition where at least three referees of the 1st category and higher are judged. Here are the standards for the most popular distances.

252nd digit

In total, in our country there are sports categories in 252 sports and sports disciplines. Here are just a few that we didn't mention in this article:

  • Aeromodelling sport
  • Bowling
  • Helicopter sport
  • Water skiing
  • Darts
  • Canine sport
  • Paintball
  • Radiosport
  • Fishing sport
  • Sports bridge
  • Ship modeling sport
  • Checkers

Step three: tennis

In team sports, the path to the goal traditionally runs through the bodies of defeated opponents. In tennis, these bodies must pave the way to at least 4th place in a tennis club or sports school tournament. And it would be good to find out in advance from the tournament organizers whether the results achieved at their tournament are taken into account for assigning categories. In my case, everything was complicated by another fact - I have a complicated relationship with a tennis racket.

“Olya,” I carefully asked our producer (and also the storm of amateur tennis tournaments), “but theoretically you can imagine the following situation: we play mixed doubles, but I do practically nothing, since I don’t know how, and you Are you carrying the entire game on yourself?

- No, you will have to serve too, and in general, then the opponent will only start playing at you, and there will be no wet spot left from us...

At the words “wet place” I perked up:

- Thank you! I have a new idea!

Step Four: Swimming

Yes, to obtain a sports category, you can take part in any competition, even among prefectures or fitness clubs,” confirmed Nikita Petrov, chief specialist of the water sports department of Moskomsport. I thanked him and immediately sat down to look for the nearest start - it’s not for nothing that I swim several times a week.

The shortest path to the third category is 50 meters (this is not a marathon!). If in 30 seconds or faster, you can qualify for a discharge.

Well, on May 17, the “My Olympic Record” competition, which will be judged by professional judges, is scheduled to take place at the Olimpiysky sports complex located not far from the editorial office. I'll try my luck there. In the end, a contribution of 330 rubles is a small price to pay for this dream. And even if I don’t meet the standard, it doesn’t matter: like all participants, I will be given a beautiful diploma with my results.

It remains to wait for May 17 and find out whether I will look at this diploma with pride, or whether it will become for me that red rag that will force me to train with redoubled force in order to prevent a repetition of the shame.

Categories in athletics are awarded to athletes who pass the standards unified classification. Every citizen of the Russian Federation who leads an active lifestyle and plays sports can become the owner of a rank badge. In addition to the award, the distinguished athlete has a number of privileges. Students receive an increased stipend, and working citizens apply for additional days of vacation.

Sports titles

Each category is awarded based on the results of passing sports standards. The result is valid for two years, then it must be confirmed. If the athlete demonstrates better physical fitness, the classification rank increases by one level. You can apply for categories in athletics from the age of 10.

Youth categories awarded to schoolchildren under 18. Young athletes can apply for third class up to 14 years of age. Up to the age of sixteen, it is possible to assign 2 classes.

More stringent requirements are observed for candidates of adult qualification ranks. There are three of them, like the youth ones.

  • Candidate for master of sports. This title is awarded from the age of 14 based on the results of successfully passing standards at municipal level competitions (university, school, sports institution).
  • MS is a master of sports. Obtaining a title is possible at city and larger competitions. There are age restrictions for persons under 15 years of age.
  • MSMK is a master of sports of international class. The honorary title is available to adult athletes and is awarded at all-Russian level competitions.

Order of rank assignment

  • To get 1st category in athletics, you must pass the necessary standards.
  • Each rank provides for age restrictions, before which the assignment of a rank is unacceptable.
  • Sports distinction is confirmed at least once every two years. When retesting, previous results are canceled.
  • Titles are awarded only to Russian citizens.

  • To be awarded the title of CCM, MS, MSMK, it is necessary to achieve success in competitions of the required scale.
  • Passing the standards is possible only after official registration at the testing center.
  • Any citizen of the Russian Federation who plays sports can count on receiving a rank. It does not matter how physical training is carried out - independently or in a sports institution.
  • Athletics ranks are assigned in several sports. Each category has its own evaluated criteria - time, distance, weight of the projectile and others. In competitions where the result is not measured in such units, it is necessary to win or take a certain place.

Run

The running standards required to obtain a sports category are divided into several types. Such competitions are held in specially equipped stadiums or indoors.

  • Short distances: 50, 60, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 600 m.
  • Middle distances: 800 m, 1 and 1.5 km, 1 mile.
  • Long: 3, 5, 10 km.
  • Road running: 15, 21.097 and 42.195 km (marathon), 100 km, daily.
  • Relay race: 4 distances of 100, 200, 400, 800 meters.
  • Hurdling: 60, 110 and 400 m.
  • Steeplechase: 2 and 3 km.

Cross

There are no strict restrictions on the organization of this sport; it can take place on ordinary roads, sand or dirt. The distances that athletes need to cover vary. There are distances of 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12 kilometers. Athletics ranks in this challenge are limited to 1 adult.

Walking

This is a sporting discipline in which the feet must be in constant contact with the ground. Receiving a category is possible by passing standards with a distance of 3, 5, 10, 20, 35 and 50 kilometers.

Throwing projectiles

This is an athletics sport, the essence of which is to cover the maximum distance with a projectile as quickly as possible. When meeting the standards, you must not violate the established throwing technique and use additional devices (the exception is launching the hammer - it can be sprinkled).

  • Ball (140 g).
  • Disc (1-2 kg).
  • Spears (600-800 g).
  • Hammer (4-7,260 kg).
  • Pomegranate (500-700 g).

Jumping

Another sport, based on the fulfillment of the standards of which, participants in the competition are awarded categories in athletics. Jumps are carried out in high, pole, long and triple (consists of three elements).

Shot put

This is a discipline of throwing a shot with a pushing movement of one hand. It is part of the all-around competition. Requires strength and good coordination from athletes. The weight of the projectile varies depending on the athlete’s gender and age. For men, the core mass is 7 kg 260 g, for women and boys under 14 years old - 4 kg. Young athletes from 14 to 17 are provided with a projectile weighing 5 kg, and young people under 20 years old - 6 kg. The result depends on the throwing distance.

All-around

This is a sport that includes several disciplines at once. The basis for awarding qualification is the result obtained by summing up the points earned during the competition.

  • 10-wrestling. Running 100, 400, 1500 m; long jump, high jump and pole vault; shot put; discus and shot throwing.
  • 7-wrestling. Hurdling; high and long jumps; shot put; javelin-throwing; running 200 and 800 m.
  • 6-wrestling. 100m and hurdles; long and pole vault; discus and shot throwing.
  • 5-wrestling. Hurdles and 1 km; shot throw; long and high jumps.
  • 4-wrestling. Running 60 and 600 m; long jump; throwing the ball.
  • 3-wrestling. Running 60 and 600 m; long jump.

Manual and auto timing

The table of ranks in athletics includes two timing calculations - manual and automatic. The indicators differ from each other by 0.24 seconds. This is the time a person needs to react to a shot calling for movement. A computer that starts in automatic mode does not take this time into account.

The difference in fractions of a second matters at short and medium distances. When the distance limit exceeds 1000 meters, this time becomes so insignificant that it is simply not taken into account.

Youth categories

Youth categories in athletics are awarded to young athletes under 18 years of age. In those sports where age advantage is not of primary importance, such as intellectual sports, such a classification is absent. The standards for boys and girls are slightly different. The requirements for representatives of the stronger sex are stricter.

Starting from 2016, schoolchildren who received a sports distinction can count on privileges over their classmates - young athletes will receive additional points towards their Unified State Examination results.
