Al-Maida (Meal). Al-Maida (Meal) "Relief from the Generous and Merciful"

Bismi Llahi rahmani rrahim! In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Merciful.
1.Yaa eyyuhaallesiine aamenuu evfuu bil ukuud(ukuudi) uhyllet lekum behiimeteil en’aami illaa maa yutlaa aleikum gaira muhilliis sayi ve entum hurum(hurumun) innallaahe yahkuyii mi). You will certainly find the most fierce enemies of believing Jews and polytheists. You will also surely find that those closest in love to believers are those who say: "We are Christians." This is because there are priests and monks among them, and because they do not show arrogance.
O those who believe! Do not violate the sanctity of the ritual signs of Allah and the forbidden month. Do not consider it lawful to encroach on sacrificial animals, or animals (or people) with necklaces, or people who come to the Sacred House, striving for the mercy and pleasure of their Lord. When you are free from ihram, you can hunt. And let the hatred of the people who prevented you from going to the Sacred Mosque, do not push you to commit a crime. Help one another in piety and fear of God, but do not help one another in sin and enmity. Fear Allah, for Allah is severe in punishment.
3.Hurrimet aleykumul meytetu ved demu ve lahmyl hynziiri ve maa uhylle whether gayrillaahi bihii vel munhanikatu vel mevkuuzetu vel mutereddiyetu ven natiihatu ve maa ekeles sebuu illaa maa zekkeytum ve maa zubiha alaan nusubi ve en testaksimuu bil ezlaam (ezlaami) zaalikum fisc (fiskun) el yevme yeiselleziine keferuu min diinikum ~e laa tahshevhum vahshevni, el yevme ekmeltu lekum diinekum ve etmemtu aleykum ni'metii ve radiitu lekumul islaame diinaa (diinen) ~e menidturra graphy mahmasatin gayra mutedzhaanifin whether ismin ~e innallaahe gafuurun rahiim (rahiimun). You are forbidden carrion, blood, the meat of a pig, and that over which the name of Allah was not pronounced (or was slaughtered not for the sake of Allah), or was strangled, or beaten to death, or died when falling, or stabbed with horns or bullied by a predator, if only you will not have time to slaughter him, and what is slaughtered on stone altars (or for idols), as well as divination by arrows. All this is wickedness. Today the unbelievers have despaired of your religion. Don't be afraid of them, but be afraid of Me. Today, for your sake, I have perfected your religion, completed My mercy on you, and approved Islam as your religion. If someone is forced to do this (to eat forbidden foods) from hunger, and not from an inclination to sin, then indeed Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
4.Yes'eluuneke maazaa uhylle lehum cul uhylle lekumut tayyibaatu ve maa allemtum minel dzhevaarihi mukellibiine tuallimuunehunne mimmaa allemekumullaahu ~e Kulua mimmaa emsekne aleykum vezkuruusmallaahi aleyhi vettekuullaah (vettekuullaahe) innallaahe seriiyl hysaab (hysaabi). They ask you about what they are allowed to do. Say: “Good things are permitted to you. And what the trained predators, whom you train like dogs, have caught for you, parts of what Allah has taught you, eat and remember the name of Allah over it. Fear Allah, because Allah is swift in calculation.

Good food is permitted to you today. The food of the people of the Scripture is also lawful to you, and your food is lawful to them, and also chaste women from among the believers and chaste women from among those to whom the Scripture was given before you are allowed if you pay them a reward (dowry), wanting to preserve chastity, not debauchery and not taking them as a friend. In vain are the deeds of the one who renounces the faith, and in the Hereafter he will be among those who suffered loss.

O those who believe! When you rise for prayer, then wash your faces and your hands up to the elbows, wipe your heads and wash your feet up to the ankles. And if you are in sexual defilement, then purify yourself. If you are sick or on a journey, if any of you have come from the lavatory, or if you have had intimacy with women and you have not found water, then go to clean land and wipe your faces and hands with it. Allah does not want to create difficulties for you, but wants to purify you and complete His mercy towards you - perhaps you will be grateful.

Y'diluu, huve akrabu lit takva vettekuullaah (vettekuullaahe) innallaahe habiirun bimaa ta'meluun (ta'meluune). O those who believe! Be steadfast for the sake of Allah, testifying impartially, and do not let the hatred of the people push you to injustice. Be just, for that is closer to piety. Fear Allah, for Allah is Aware of what you do.
9.Vaadellaahulleziine aamenuu ve amiluus salihaati lehum magfiratun ve ejrun aziim (aziimun). Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness and a great reward.

Fear Allah, and let the believers put their trust in Allah!

Allah took a covenant from the sons of Israel (Israel). We created twelve leaders among them. Allah said: "I am with you. If you perform prayer and pay zakat, believe in My messengers, help them and lend Allah a beautiful loan, then I will forgive you your sins and enter you into gardens in which rivers flow. And if If any of you become unbelievers after this, he will go astray."

Because they broke the covenant, We cursed them and hardened their hearts. They twist words around, and have forgotten a fraction of what they have been taught. You will always detect their infidelity, except for some of them. Forgive them and be generous, for Allah loves those who do good.

We also took a covenant from those who said, "We are Christians." They forgot a portion of what they were reminded of, and then We stirred up enmity and hatred among them until the Day of Resurrection. Allah will inform them of what they did.

O people of the Scripture! After a period when there were no messengers, Our Messenger appeared to you, giving you explanations so that you would not say: "A good messenger and a warning warner did not come to us." The good herald and warning warner has already come to you. Allah is capable of anything.

Read to them the true story of the two sons of Adam. Here they both made a sacrifice, and it was accepted from one of them and was not accepted from the other. He said, "I will certainly kill you." He replied: “Indeed, Allah only accepts from the pious.

So he turned out to be one of the regrettables.

For this reason, We prescribed to the sons of Israel (Israel): whoever kills a person not for murder or spreading wickedness on earth, it is as if he had killed all people, and whoever saves a person’s life, he will save the life of all people. Our messengers have already come to them with clear signs, but after that many of them have transgressed the boundaries of what is permitted on earth.

Verily, those who fight against Allah and His Messenger and seek to create wickedness on earth, in retribution must be killed or crucified, or their hands and feet must be cut off crosswise, or they must be expelled from the country. It will be a disgrace to them in this world, and great torment is prepared for them in the Hereafter.

Indeed, if the unbelievers had everything that is on earth, and the same amount more, to pay off the torment on the Day of Resurrection, then this would not be accepted from them. They are destined for painful suffering.

39.Femen taabe min ba’di zulmihii ve aslaha fe innallaahe yetuubu aleikh (aleihi) innallaahe gafuurun rahiim (rahiimun). Allah will accept the repentance of the one who repents after committing an injustice and corrects the deed, for Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

O Messenger! Don't be saddened by those who seek to confess unbelief and say with their lips, "We have believed," though their hearts have not believed. Among those who profess Judaism, there are those who willingly listen to lies and listen to other people who did not come to you. They distort the words, changing their places, and say: "If you are given this, then take it, but if you are not given this, then beware." Whoever Allah wishes to tempt, you have no power to protect from Allah. Allah did not want to purify their hearts. Shame awaits them in this world, and great torment awaits them in the Hereafter.

The rabbis and high priests acted in the same way in accordance with what they were instructed to preserve from the Book of Allah. They testified about him. Do not be afraid of people, but be afraid of Me, and do not sell My signs for an insignificant price. Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has sent down are disbelievers.

If Allah had willed, He would have made you one community, but He divided you in order to test you with what He has given you. Compete in good deeds. All of you have to return to Allah, and He will tell you about what you differed in opinion.

118.In tuazzibhum fe innehum ibaaduke, ve in tagfir lehum fe inneke entel aziizil hakiim (hakiimu). If You subject them to torment, then they are Your servants. But if You forgive them, then You are the Mighty, the Wise."
119.Kaalellaahu haazaa yevmu yenfeus saadikiine sidkuhum, lehum jennaatun tejriy min tahtihaal enhaaru haalidiine fiihaa ebedaa (ebeden), radiyallaahu anhum ve raduu aimu anhu, zaalizil. Allah said: "This is the day when truthful people will benefit from their truthfulness. Gardens of Paradise are prepared for them, in which rivers flow. They will remain there forever." Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. This is a great achievement!
120.Lillaahi mulkus semaavaati vel ardi ve maa fiihin (fiihinne) ve huve alaa kulli shey’in kadiir (kadiirun). To Allah belongs dominion over the heavens and the earth and what is in them, and He is capable of all things.

Explanation of Surah Al-Maida

This Surah was sent down in Medina. It consists of 120 verses and is one of the last surahs of the Qur'an revealed. Among the many topics covered in this sura are the following: 1) the obligatory fulfillment of contracts, vows and promises - whether they will be between slaves and their Lord or between people, 2) some prohibitions for Muslims in food, 3) food allowed to Muslims, 4) permission believers to marry chaste women from the owners of Scripture, 5) how and in what order is ablution performed before prayer, 6) dry washing with sand or dust in case of lack of water before prayer, 7) the demand for justice even in relation to enemies, 8) the blessings bestowed Allah to Muslims, 9) the obligation to keep the Holy Book of Muslims - the Koran, 10) how the Jews distorted the words of Allah, 11) how the Christians forgot some of the commandments of Allah, which they were reminded of, and that they remain unfaithful due to the assertion that Isa is the son of Allah , 12) exposing the false assertion of the Jews and Christians that they are the sons of Allah and His favorites, 13) some information about the Jews, 14) a story about both sons of Adam, which proves that h then aggressiveness is one of the traits of people, the sons of Adam, 15) revenge is obligatory in order to prevent and punish aggression, 16) punishment for debauchery and theft, 17) once again in this sura it is said about the distortion by the Jews of the laws given in the Torah, about the need to judge according to the Sharia sent down by Allah, and that the Torah and the Gospel contained the truth before they were distorted, 18) the hostility of the then Jews and Christians to believers, and the requirement not to obey them, but to resist them, 19) the unbelief of those Christians, who claim that Allah is the third in the trinity, 20) this sura also talks about those Christians who believe in the Truth of Allah, 21) the prohibition for believers to deny themselves the food that Allah allowed them, 22) expiation for breaking an oath by believers, 23) the absolute prohibition of wine and drunkenness, 24) some rites of pilgrimage (hajj), a sacred place - the Kaaba, the forbidden months, the dignity of the Kaaba and the forbidden months, 25) the resolution of what the Arabs themselves forbade without argument, 26) making a will before leaving, 27) the miracles performed by Isa - peace be upon him! - to confirm his teaching, despite which the sons of Israel still did not believe in him. Isa's refusal - peace be upon him! - to accept the worship of him as God, 28) the power of Allah - glory to Him Almighty! - over everything in heaven and on earth and His boundless strength and power

سورة المائدة سورة 5

Sura 5

Meal / al-Maida /

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful!

1. O those who believe! Be true to your commitments. You are allowed to have cattle, except for the one that will be announced to you, and except for the prey that you dare to hunt in ihram. Verily, Allah commands whatever He wills.

2. Help one another in piety and fear of God, but do not help one another in sin and encroachment. Fear Allah, for Allah is severe in punishment.

4. They ask you about what they are allowed to do. Say: “Good things are permitted to you. And what the trained predators have caught for you, which you train like dogs, parts of what Allah has taught you, eat and remember the name of Allah over it. Fear Allah, for Allah is swift in reckoning.

5. Good food is permitted to you today. The food of the people of the Scripture is also lawful to you, and your food is lawful to them, and also to you are chaste women from among those who believed and chaste women from among those to whom the Scripture was given before you, if you pay them a reward (marriage gift), wishing to preserve chastity, without debauchery and without taking them as your girlfriend. In vain are the deeds of the one who renounces the faith, and in the Hereafter he will be among those who suffered loss.

7. Remember the mercy of Allah to you and the covenant that He made with you when you said: "We hear and we obey." Fear Allah, for Allah knows what is in the breast.

8. O those who believe! Be steadfast for the sake of Allah, testifying impartially, and do not let the hatred of the people push you to injustice. Be just, for that is closer to piety. Fear Allah, for Allah is Aware of what you do.

________________________________

Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “This verse was sent down because of their hatred towards the unbelievers, and the Almighty commanded them to feel this hatred towards the unbelievers. And if the Almighty forbade oppressing even the one who deserves such hatred, then what can be said about hatred of a Muslim due to misinterpretation / tawil /, doubt or following passions? He deserves even more not to be oppressed and to be treated fairly…” See Minhaj as-Sunnah an-Nabawiyyah, 5/127.

9. Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness and a great reward.

10. And those who did not believe and considered Our signs false, will be the inhabitants of Hell.

11. O those who believe! Remember the mercy that Allah showed you when people intended to stretch out their hands to you, but He removed their hands from you. Fear Allah, and let the believers put their trust in Allah!

12. Allah took a covenant from the sons of Israel (Israel). We created twelve leaders among them. Allah said: “I am with you. If you perform prayer and pay zakat, believe in My messengers, help them and lend Allah a beautiful loan, then I will forgive you your sins and lead you into gardens in which rivers flow. And if any of you after this becomes an unbeliever, then he will go astray.”

13. Because they broke the covenant, We cursed them and hardened their hearts. They twist words around, and have forgotten a fraction of what they have been taught. You will always detect their infidelity, except for some of them. Forgive them and be generous, for Allah loves those who do good.

14. We also took a covenant from those who said, "We are Christians." They forgot a portion of what they were reminded of, and then We stirred up enmity and hatred among them until the Day of Resurrection. Allah will inform them of what they did.

15. O people of the Scripture! Our Messenger has come to you, who makes clear to you much of what you hide from the Scriptures, and abstains from much. Light (Muhammad) and a clear Scripture have come to you from Allah.

16. Through it, Allah guides those who seek His pleasure through the paths of the world. By His will, He brings them out of the darkness into the light and guides them to the straight path.

17. Those who said: "Verily, Allah is the Messiah, the son of Maryam (Mary)" did not believe. Say: "Who can hinder even a little Allah, if He wishes to destroy the Messiah, the son of Maryam (Mary), his mother and all who are on earth?" Allah has dominion over the heavens and the earth and everything in between. He creates whatever he wants. Allah is capable of anything.

18. The Jews and Christians said: "We are the sons of Allah and His beloved." Say, “Why does He torment you for your sins? Oh no! You are just one of the people He created. He forgives whom He wills, and inflicts torment on whom He wills. To Allah belongs dominion over the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and to Him is the arrival.”

19. O people of the Scripture! After a period when there were no messengers, Our Messenger appeared to you, giving you explanations so that you would not say: “A good messenger and a warning warner did not come to us.” The good herald and warning warner has already come to you. Allah is capable of anything.

20. Here Musa (Moses) said to his people: “O my people! Remember the mercy that Allah showed you when he created prophets among you, made you kings and gave you that which he did not give to anyone from the worlds.

21. O my people! Set foot on the sacred ground which Allah has ordained for you, and do not turn back, or you will return as a loser.”

22. They said: “O Musa (Moses)! Mighty people dwell there, and we will not enter there until they have gone from there. If they leave from there, then we will enter.”

23. Two God-fearing men, on whom Allah had shown mercy, said: “Enter them through the gate. When you enter there, you will certainly win. Trust only in Allah if you are believers."

24. They said: “O Musa (Moses)! We will never enter there while they are there. Go and fight with your Lord, we will sit here.”

25. He said: “Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother. Separate us from (or judge between us and) wicked people.

26. He said: “Then it will be forbidden for them for forty years. They will wander the earth. Do not grieve for wicked people."

27. Read to them the true story of the two sons of Adam. Here they both made a sacrifice, and it was accepted from one of them and was not accepted from the other. He said, "I will certainly kill you." He replied: “Indeed, Allah only accepts from the pious.

_____

Ibn Malik al-Mukari said: “I heard Abu ad-Darda say: “To be convinced that Allah accepted at least one prayer from me would be preferable for me than this whole world and everything in it . For Allah says: “Indeed, Allah only accepts from the pious!”(al-Maida, 5:27)”. Ibn Abi Hatim 1/327.

28. If you stretch out your hand to kill me, I still won't reach out to kill you. Verily, I fear Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

29. I want you to come back with my sin and your sin and be among the people of the Fire. This is the recompense of the wicked."

30. The soul pushed him to kill his brother, and he killed him and turned out to be one of the losers.

31. Allah sent a raven, who began to rake the ground, to show him how to hide the corpse of his brother. He said, “Woe is me! Can't I do like this raven and hide my brother's corpse? So he turned out to be one of the regrettables.

32. For this reason, We prescribed to the sons of Israel (Israel): whoever kills a person not for murder or spreading wickedness on earth, it is as if he had killed all people, and whoever saves a person’s life, he will save the life of all people. Our messengers have already come to them with clear signs, but after that many of them will be redundant on earth.

_______________________________

Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “The one who killed at least one soul that Allah forbade to kill is like the one who killed all mankind!” See Tafsir Ibn Kathir 2/165.

"For this reason" Imam ad-Dahhak said: "Those. because the son of Adam killed his brother unjustly”. See Zadul-Masir 2/339.

The words: «» means: a crime for the commission of which a person's life becomes permissible. See “Tafsir Ibn al-Jawzi” 2/341, “Tafsir Ibn Kathir” 2/46.

Some interpreters of the Qur'an regarding words: « spreading wickedness on earth» they said that it was about polytheism, as it was reported by Imam Abu Hayyan, who said: “It was said that"wickedness" - this is polytheism. And it was said that this is robbery on the roads, the destruction of vegetation and animals”. See Tafsir al-Bahr al-muhit 3/347.

Imam at-Tabari regarding the verse: “Whoever kills a person not for murder or spreading wickedness on earth, it is as if he killed all people” said: "The words:"wickedness on earth" mean: fighting with Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and robbery on the roads”. See Tafsir al-Tabari 8/348.

Imam Ibn Abi Zamanin regarding the verse: “Whoever kills a person is not for murder or spreading wickedness on earth” , said: "Those. one who kills for something for which murder has not been established”. See “Tafsir Ibn Abi Zamanin” 2/23.

'Uthman ibn 'Affan relied on this verse when his house was besieged, and not wanting to shed the blood of Muslims, he ordered everyone to disperse, after which the attackers entered his house and killed him, may Allah be pleased with him. Abu Hurayrah said: “I came to ‘Uthman when his house was under siege and said to him: “O Commander of the Faithful, I have come to fight with you!” To this he answered me: “O Abu Hurairah! Would it make you happy that you would kill all the people, including me?!" I answered: "No!" Then he said: “By Allah, if you kill one person, it is as if you killed all the people!” Abu Hurairah said: “After that, I retired and did not fight”. Sa'id ibn Mansur 2937, Ibn Sa'd 3/70. Isnad is authentic.

About the great dignity of the one who died without shedding forbidden blood, the prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever meets Allah without associating anyone with Him and without shedding forbidden blood will enter Paradise!” Ahmad 4/152, Ibn Majah 2618. Authentic hadith. See “as-Silsila as-sahiha” 2923.

Imam Abu-l-‘Abbas al-Qurtubi said: “Human blood is most worthy of being careful about it, because the basis in it is its preservation.” See al-Mufhim 5/27.

Ibn ‘Abbas said that this verse was sent down because of the polytheists. Abu Dawud 4372, an-Nasai 7/101. Isnad is good.
Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas said that this verse was revealed in relation to the Kharijites. Ibn Mardawayh. See ad-Durrul-mansur 5/259. Isnad is authentic.
But Hafiz Ibn Kathir said: “It is correct that this verse is generalized and applies to both polytheists and others who commit the mentioned.” See Tafsir Ibn Kathir 2/261.
However, Imam Malik, ash-Shafi'i and the Hanafis said: "This verse was sent down in relation to Muslims who committed robbery on the roads and sowed wickedness on the earth." See Tafsir al-Qurtubi 6/433.
Imam Ibn al-Mundhir said: “Malik's opinion is correct. And Abu Thawr also said that the next verse indicates that these verses were sent down in regard to the Muslims.” See al-Ishraf 1/529.
And it is not a prerequisite to be among those who sow wickedness, take away property and kill with weapons! Scientists also attributed to this such a case when a person secretly made his way into the house, or accompanied a person on the way, then put poison in his food and killed him. See al-Kafi 2/108.

Imam al-Wahidi said in his tafsir: "The words: "to fight with Allah and His Messenger", means to disobey them and disobey them. And the words:"spread wickedness on earth", means: to kill and take by force the property of people”. See Tafsir al-Wahidi 1/317.
Mujahid regarding the words: "striving to create wickedness on earth" said: “I.e. commit adultery, theft, murder, spoiling offspring and sowing.” See “Tafsir ad-Durrul-mansur” 5/289.
Imam Ibn al-Jawzi regarding this verse: said: “As for "wickedness" then it is murder, mutilation, seizure of property and intimidation on the roads.” See Zadul-Masir 3/345.

Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said to this verse: “Whoever prevents the obedience of Allah and His Messenger is the one who fights with Allah and His Messenger! And whoever does not act in accordance with the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger commits wickedness on earth. And the salaf applied this verse to both the kafirs and the Muslims, and included in this verse the whole community, as robbers on the roads, who by force take away the property of people, and because of their deed they were considered warring with Allah and His messenger and sowing wickedness on earth, even if the perpetrators were convinced that this act was not allowed. See Majmu'ul Fatawa 28/470.

As-Suddi in the interpretation of this verse said: “We have heard that if a person kills, then they kill him. If he took the property, then they do not kill him, but cut off his hand. For robbery and robbery they cut off his leg. And if he killed and took the property, then he should cut off his hand, leg and crucify. But if such a person repents and comes to the ruler of the Muslims before he is caught, and the ruler gives him a guarantee of safety, then they do not touch him. See Tafsir ad-Durrul-mansur 5/291.
Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “At one time, people from the tribe ‘Ukl came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and accepted Islam. While in Medina, they felt unwell, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered them to drink the urine and milk of dairy camels for some time. They went where they were told, and when they recovered, they became apostates, killed the shepherd of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and stole the camels. In Medina, they learned about this at the beginning of the day and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent a chase after them. By noon they were already brought to Medina, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that their hands and feet be cut off and their eyes burned out. Then they were left to die.”
Anas said: “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered to burn out their eyes for the reason that they did the same to the shepherds.”
Abu Qilaba, who narrated this hadith, said about these robbers: “These people robbed, killed and fell into disbelief after believing. And they fought against Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)!” al-Bukhari 233, 4192, 6802, Muslim 1671.
Sheikhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: “As for the robbers, they should be executed for taking away the property of people, since their harm is common and they are like thieves. And killing such people is a punishment from Allah. And the faqihi are unanimous in this. And even if the killed is not equal to the killer, for example, the killer was free, and the one killed by him was a slave, or the killer was a Muslim, and the killed was an infidel who was in an agreement with Muslims (dhimmy or musta'min). Scientists disagreed on the question of whether the one who is engaged in robbery and robbery is executed? The correct view is that such a person should be put to death for the general spread of harm, as, for example, his hand would be cut off for stealing property. See Majmu'ul-fataawa 28/311.
Thus, depending on the degree of the crime, robbers are dealt with differently. And even if among those engaged in robbery there was a Muslim who, during the robbery, killed an infidel who was in an agreement with Muslims, then it is allowed to execute him as a prevention of the wickedness that he sows, and not as a reward (kysas) for killing an infidel.
Also among the imams there were those who believed that the position of those who are engaged in robbery is returned to the discretion of the ruler of Muslims, who, depending on the degree of their crime, decides what to do with them: execute, crucify, cut off arms and legs crosswise, or expel from the country. Imam Ibn Abi Sheiba narrated that Sa'eed ibn al-Musayyib, al-Hasan al-Basri and ad-Dahhak (may Allah be pleased with them all) said: on the ground". See al-Musannaf 10/145, 12/285.

34. The exception is those who repented and returned before you received power over them. Know that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

35. O those who believe! Fear Allah, seek closeness to Him and fight in His way so that you may succeed.

36. Indeed, if the unbelievers had everything that is on earth, and as much more, to pay off the torment on the Day of Resurrection, then this would not be accepted from them. They are destined for painful suffering.

37. They will want to get out of the Fire, but they will not be able to get out of there. They are destined for eternal torment.

38. Cut off the hands of the thief and the thief as recompense for what they have done. This is the punishment from Allah, because Allah is Mighty, Wise.

39. Allah will accept the repentance of the one who repents after committing an injustice and corrects the deed, for Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

40. Do you not know that Allah has dominion over the heavens and the earth? He torments whom He wills and forgives whom He wills. Allah is capable of anything.

42. They willingly listen to lies and devour the forbidden. If they come to you, judge them or turn away from them. If you turn your back on them, they won't hurt you at all. But if you decide, then judge them impartially. Indeed, Allah loves the impartial.

43. But how will they choose you as a judge if they have Tawrat (Torah) containing the law of Allah? Even after that they turn away, for they are not believers.

44. We have sent down the Taurat (Torah), which contains guidance and light. The subdued prophets passed judgments on it for those professing Judaism.

____________________________________

Ibn Jarir in the tafsir of this verse said: “Rabbis / Rabbaniyun/ are the support of people in fiqh, knowledge, in religious and worldly affairs.”

Ibn ‘Abbas said about three verses:

“Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has sent down are disbelievers”,

“Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has sent down are the wrongdoers.”,

“Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has sent down are the wicked.”, said:

"It is unbelief which is less than unbelief, injustice is less than injustice, and wickedness is less than wickedness." al-Hakim (2/313). The authenticity of the hadith was confirmed by Imams al-Hakim, al-Dhahabi and Sheikh al-Albani.
Tavus said: “I asked Ibn ‘Abbas: “Whoever judges not on the basis of what Allah sent down, is he an unbeliever?” He said: “This disbelief is not like disbelief in Allah, in His angels, Scriptures, prophets and the Day of Judgment.” at-Tabari (10/355), Ibn Batta (2/735). Isnad is authentic.
Also, such great imams of our Ummah relied on these words of Ibn 'Abbas, such as Abu Ubayd in al-Iman (45), Ibn Hayyan in Bahrul-mukhit (3/492), Abu Muzfar as-Sam'ani in his tafsir (2/42), al-Baghawi in "Ma'alimu-ttanzil" (3/61), Abu Bakr Ibn al-'Arabi in "Ahkamul-Quran" (2/624), al-Qurtubi in his tafsir ( 6/190), Ibn Kathir in his tafsir (2/64), Ibn Taymiyyah in Majmu'ul-Fatawa (7/312), Ibn al-Qayyim Madariju-s-salikin (1/335), Siddiq Hasan Khan in "Nailul-maram" (2/472), Muhammad Amin ash-Shankiti in the tafsir "Advaul-bayan" (2/101), 'Abdu-r-Rahman as-Sa'di in his tafsir (296), and many others.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said: “When those who accuse of disbelief without right were dissatisfied with this report of Ibn ‘Abbas, they said: “This tradition is unacceptable, and it is unreliable from Ibn ‘Abbas.” We will ask them: How unreliable is it, if those who are higher than you, worthy of you and who knows you in hadiths accepted it and relied on this message?! It is enough for us that such great scholars as Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn al-Qayyim and others relied on him and accepted him. And this message is true!” See at-Tahdir min fitnati-t-takfir (68).

‘Abdu-r-Razzak, may Allah have mercy on him, cites in his Tafsir a message from Ma'mar from Ibn Tawus from Tawus from Ibn ‘Abbas may Allah be pleased with him: "This is a manifestation of unbelief." Ibn Tavus, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "However, it is not like one who does not believe in Allah, His angels, Scriptures and messengers." This message has an impeccable isnad.

Tavus, may Allah have mercy on him, said, "It is not unbelief that leads out of religion." Ibn Jarir at-Tabari, "at-Tafsir" (vol. 8, p. 465); Muhammad ibn Nasr al-Marwazi, "Ta'zym qadari-s-salat" (p. 574).

‘Ata ibn Abu Rabah, may Allah have mercy on him, said, "It is unbelief without unbelief, injustice without injustice, and wickedness without wickedness." Ibn Jarir al-Tabari, "At-Tafsir", (vol. 8, pp. 464-465); Al-Marwazi, "Ta'zym qadari-s-salat", (p. 575).

Further, such an understanding of these verses also came from the great mufassirs from among the Salaf, who followed the Tarjuman Ibn ‘Abbas in this, these are ‘Ata’ ibn Abi Rabah, Tavus, Ibn Tavus, ‘Ali ibn Husayn. See “Ta’zymu qadri-s-sala” (2/522), “al-Iman” (36), “Tafsir at-Tabari” (10/355), “Akhbarul-kuda” (1/43).

Further, the hadith in Sahih Muslim Dalil says that this verse was sent down regarding the Jews, who, instead of stoning for zina, smeared their faces with mud and carried such people in public, allegedly disgracing them. But, there is no doubt that any verse that was sent down regarding any case or the people of the Book, its meaning is the most general and applies to all and all cases! However, those Jews who did not judge not on the Sharia of Allah, not only did not judge, but changed the law of Allah and passed it off as the law of Allah. Then, they are already kafirs, and from their customs it is not possible to judge on the basis of what Allah has sent down, but when one of the Muslims does this, then such a Hukm is not immediately applied to him without trial.
Here is the understanding of scientists in this matter:
Imam ash-Shatibi said: “This verse and two verses after it were sent down regarding the infidels from among the Jews who changed the law of Allah. And they do not apply to Muslims, because when a Muslim commits a big sin, he is not called a kafir! See al-Muwafiqat (4/39).

Hafiz Ibn Hajar said:“Even if the reason for the revelation of these verses is the People of the Book, it still applies to everyone who does this. However, a Muslim who persists in sin is not called a kafir!” See Fathul Bari (4/39).

Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said:“The one who considers it permissible to judge not according to the law of Allah becomes an unbeliever.” See Majmu'ul Fatawa (3/268).

Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said: “Our righteous predecessors said that there is faith and hypocrisy in a person. And in the same way they said that in a person there is faith and unbelief. However, this is not unbelief that leads a person out of religion, as Ibn ‘Abbas and his followers said about the Words of the Almighty: “Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has revealed are unbelievers.” They said that such a person commits kufr which does not take him out of the religion. And after them, such an opinion was expressed by Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal and other Imams of the Sunnah. See Majmu'ul Fatawa (7/312).

Sura 5 "al-Maida" ("Meal"), ayat 44.

Shaykhul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said:

- Ibn 'Abbas and other salafs said regarding the verse: “And those who do not judge according to what Allah has sent down are disbelievers”: “Unbelief is less than unbelief, wickedness is less than wickedness, and injustice is less than injustice! "And this was mentioned by Ahmad, al-Bukhari and others." See Majmu'ul Fatawa (7/522).

Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy on him, said about small unbelief (kufr asghar): “This is how Ibn 'Abbas and all our righteous predecessors interpreted the Word of the Almighty:“ Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has sent down, are unbelievers." Ibn ‘Abbas said: “This is not disbelief that leads out of religion. This is disbelief of action, and such a person is not like one who does not believe in Allah and the Last Day.” Tawus said something similar, and ‘Ata’ said: “This is disbelief without disbelief, injustice without injustice and wickedness without wickedness.” See Madariju-s-salikin (1/345).

45. We prescribed for them in it: a soul for a soul, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and retribution for wounds. But if someone sacrifices this, then this will become an atonement for him. Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has sent down are the wrongdoers.

46. Following them We sent Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), with confirmation of the truth of what was previously sent down in Taurat (Torah). We bestowed upon him the Injil (Gospel) in which was the right guidance and light, which confirmed what had previously been sent down in the Taurat (Torah). He was a sure guide and exhortation to the God-fearing.

47. Let the people of the Injil (Gospel) judge according to what Allah has sent down in it. Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has sent down are the wicked.

48. We have sent down to you the Scripture with the truth in confirmation of the former Scriptures, and in order for it to protect them (or bear witness to them; or rise above them). Judge them according to what Allah has sent down, and do not indulge their desires, deviating from the truth that has come to you. For each of you We have established a law and a way. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one community, but He divided you in order to test you with what He has given you. Compete in good deeds. All of you have to return to Allah, and He will tell you about what you differed in opinion.

49. Judge between them according to what Allah has sent down, do not indulge their desires and beware of them, lest they turn you away from part of what Allah has sent down to you. If they turn away, then know that Allah wishes to punish them for some of their sins. Indeed, many people are wicked.

50. Do they seek the judgment of times of ignorance? Whose decisions can be better than the decisions of Allah for people who are convinced?

51. O those who believe! Do not consider Jews and Christians as your helpers and friends, because they help each other. If any of you considers them his helpers and friends, then he himself is one of them. Verily, Allah does not guide unjust people.

52. You see that those whose hearts are afflicted rush among them and say: "We are afraid that trouble will befall us." But perhaps Allah will come with victory or his command, and then they will begin to regret what they hid in themselves.

53. Those who believe will say: “Is it really those who swore the greatest oaths in the name of Allah that they were with you?” In vain were their deeds, and they were the losers.

54. O those who believe! If any of you depart from your religion, then Allah will bring other people whom He will love and who will love Him. They will be humble before the believers and adamant before the unbelievers, they will fight in the way of Allah and will not be afraid of the censure of those who blame. Such is the mercy of Allah, which He bestows on whom He wills. Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing.

55. Your Protector is only Allah, His Messenger and believers who perform prayer, pay zakat and bow down.

56. If they consider Allah, His Messenger and the believers to be their patrons and helpers, then surely the champions of Allah will certainly be victorious.

57. O those who believe! Do not consider those to whom the Scriptures were given before you, who mock your religion and consider it a pastime, and unbelievers as your helpers and friends. Fear Allah if you are believers.

58. When you call for prayer, they mock it and consider it entertainment. This is because they are unreasonable people.

59. Say: “O People of the Book! Do you reproach us only for (or bear malice towards us only because of) that we believed in Allah, in what was sent down to us and what was sent down before, and in the fact that most of you are wicked? .

60. Say: “Shall I inform you about those who will receive an even worse reward from Allah? These are those whom Allah cursed, with whom He became angry, whom He turned into monkeys and pigs and who worshiped the taghut. They will occupy an even worse place and go further astray.”

61. When they came to you, they said, "We believe." However, they entered in disbelief and went out with him. Allah knows better what they were hiding.

62. You see that many of them hasten to sin, transgress the boundaries of what is permitted and devour what is forbidden. Indeed, what they do is evil.

63. Why don't the rabbis and high priests keep them from sinful speeches and devouring the forbidden? Indeed, what they do is evil.

64. The Jews said: "The hand of Allah is bound." It is their hands that are chained and they are cursed for what they said (or may their hands be chained and they be cursed for what they said). His two hands are outstretched, and He spends as He pleases. What has been sent down to you from your Lord multiplies injustice and unbelief in many of them. We sowed enmity and hatred among them until the Day of Resurrection. Whenever they kindle the fire of war, Allah extinguishes it. They seek to spread wickedness on earth, but Allah does not love those who spread wickedness.

Sheikh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said: “For these words, the Jews were deprived of the mercy of Allah Almighty, because disasters are associated with words. When they described Allah as not bestowing, they were deprived of His mercy, and it was said to them: “Since Allah is for you as you described Him, then you have lost His mercy and will not receive anything from His bounty.” See Fatawa Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (8/248).

And this is said by a well-known hadith, which was transmitted by Abu Hurairah and Wasil ibn Ask'a', may Allah be pleased with them, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “Verily, Allah Almighty and Almighty says:“ I am such as considers Me my slave. If he has a good opinion of Me, then it will be good for him, but if he has a bad opinion, then it will be evil for him. Ibn Hibban (641), at-Tabarani in al-Awsat (401). The hadith is authentic. See Sahih at-Targhib (3386), Sahih al-Jami' as-saghir (4315).

65. If the people of the Book had believed and feared, then We would have forgiven their evil deeds and would have led them into the Gardens of Bliss.

66. If they were guided by Taurat (Torah), Injil (Gospel) and what was sent down to them from their Lord, then they would eat what is above them and what is under their feet. Among them there are moderate people (the righteous who believed in the Prophet Muhammad, avoiding excess in religion and not making omissions), but what many of them do is bad.

67. O Messenger! Proclaim what has been sent down to you from your Lord. If you do not do this, you will not carry His message. Allah will protect you from people. Verily, Allah does not guide unbelievers to the straight path.

68. Say: “O People of the Book! You will not go straight until you are guided by Taurat (Torah), Injil (Gospel) and what has been sent down to you from your Lord. What has been sent down to you from your Lord multiplies injustice and unbelief in many of them. Do not grieve for unbelievers.

69. Verily, believers, as well as Jews, Sabians and Christians, who believed in Allah and the Last Day and acted righteously, will not know fear and will not be saddened.

70. We have already made a covenant with the children of Israel (Israel) and sent messengers to them. Every time the messengers brought them something that they did not like, they called some liars and killed others.

71. They thought that there would be no temptation, and therefore they became blind and deaf. Then Allah accepted their repentance, after which many of them again became blind and deaf. Allah sees what they do.

72. Those who say: "Allah is the Messiah, the son of Maryam (Mary)" did not believe. The Messiah said: “O children of Israel (Israel)! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, whoever associates partners with Allah, He has forbidden Paradise. Gehenna will be his abode, and the wicked will have no helpers.

73. Those who say: "Allah is the third in a trinity" do not believe. There is no god but the One God! If they do not renounce what they say, then the unbelieving among them will be touched by painful suffering.

74. Do they not repent before Allah and ask His forgiveness? Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

75. The Messiah, the son of Maryam (Mary), was only a messenger. Before him, too, there were messengers, and his mother was a truthful woman. Both of them were eating. See how We make the signs clear to them. And then see how they are turned away from the truth.

76. Say: “Will you worship instead of Allah that which has no power to bring you harm or benefit? It is Allah who is Hearing, Knowing!”

77. Say: “O People of the Book! Do not show excesses in your religion contrary to the truth and do not indulge the desires of people who have previously fallen into error, led many others astray and strayed from the straight path.

78. The unbelieving sons of Israel (Israel) were cursed by the language of Davud (David) and Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary). This happened because they disobeyed and transgressed the boundaries of what was permitted.

79. They did not prevent each other from the reprehensible acts that they committed. How bad was what they did!

80. You see that many of them are friends with unbelievers. Wretched is what their souls have prepared for them, for that is why Allah was angry with them. They will suffer forever.

81. If they believed in Allah, the Prophet and what was sent down to him, they would not take them as their helpers and friends. But many of them are wicked.

82. You will certainly find the most fierce enemies of believing Jews and polytheists. You will also surely find that those who say, "We are Christians," are closest to the believers in love. This is because there are priests and monks among them, and because they do not show arrogance.

83. When they hear what was sent down to the Messenger, you see how their eyes overflow with tears because of the truth they learn. They say: “Our Lord! We believed. Write us down as witnesses.

84. Why should we not believe in Allah and the truth that has come to us? We desire our Lord to enter us into Paradise along with righteous people.”

85. Allah rewarded them for what they said with Gardens of Eden in which rivers flow and in which they will remain forever. This is the reward for those who do good.

86. And those who disbelieved and considered Our signs false, are the inhabitants of Hell.

87. O those who believe! Do not forbid the good that Allah has made lawful for you, and do not transgress the boundaries of what is permitted. Indeed, Allah does not like criminals.

88. Eat from what Allah has given you, lawful and good, and fear Allah in whom you believe.

89. Allah will not punish you for vain oaths, but will punish you for what you have sealed with oaths. In atonement for this, it is necessary to feed ten poor people with an average (or better) of what you feed your families, or clothe them, or free a slave. Whoever fails to do so must fast for three days. This is the expiation of your oaths, if you swore and broke your oath. Keep your vows. This is how Allah makes His signs clear to you, so that you may be grateful.

90. O those who believe! Verily, intoxicating drinks, gambling, stone altars (or idols) and divining arrows are the abominations of the deeds of the devil. Stay away from her, you may be successful.

- Verily, intoxicating drinks -

It is reported that Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, said: “We did not have any other wine than what you call “fadih”. (One day, when) I was serving them to Abu Talha, as well as such and such, a man came up and said: “Didn't you hear the news?” (People) asked: “Which one?” He said, "Wine was forbidden." (Then the people) said: “Pour out what is in these jugs, O Anas!” - and after that person conveyed (to us) this news, they no longer asked about (guilt) and did not return to it. This hadeeth was narrated by al-Bukhari 4617.

_____________________

. Fadih is wine made from unripe dates or grapes.

« ... gambling (maysir)" - “Maysir” is a game of chance for the shares of the carcass of a camel.

The Arabs who lived during the Jahiliyyah played various types of maysir, the most common of which was such a game when ten people, who contributed equal amounts of money, bought a camel, and then began to guess by the arrows, which resembled a kind of lot, after which seven of them received different shares of the winnings, and three received nothing.

In our time, maysir has acquired the following forms:

- What is called lotteries, the types of which are numerous and varied. The simplest of them boils down to the fact that a person pays money and draws a ticket, which may fall on one or another win. This is forbidden, although the organizers of such lotteries may call them charitable.

- The purchase by a person of this or that thing, in which something unknown to him is hidden, or the delivery of a certain number to him when buying a product, with the subsequent determination of the winners of something by other same numbers.

- One of the types of maysir in our time has become various types of insurance, for example, life insurance, motor insurance, fire insurance, full insurance against all accidents, as well as various other types of insurance, and it has come to the point that some rich people began to insure even their votes.

All types of gambling are also forms of maysir. In our time, special clubs have appeared for those who want to engage in such games, where tables covered with green cloth are installed, at which this great sin is committed. One of the forms of maysir is also betting, which is associated with an attempt to predict the results of football matches or the results in other sports. In addition, some stores and entertainment centers sell and install games based on the maysir principle.

If we talk about competitions and various types of martial arts, then they can be divided into three types:

1 - That which pursues goals that do not contradict Shariah. In these cases, it is allowed to hold competitions with or without cash prizes. This applies, for example, to camel and horse racing or shooting. This is also related to competitions in various types of Sharia sciences, for example, competitions of readers of the Koran.

2 - That which is in itself permissible, such as holding football matches or running competitions, as long as they are not accompanied by something forbidden, such as skipping prayers or exposing certain parts of the body of the participants. This is acceptable, but without cash prizes.

3 - That which is forbidden as such or leads to the commission of the forbidden, for example, holding immoral contests called "beauty contests", or boxing competitions involving striking in the face, which is forbidden, or holding mutton and cockfights and so on. See the book "The Forbidden Things About Which People Are Careless, But Which One Should Beware of" by Muhammad al-Munajid. Ed. In Russian, p. 29.

Allah Almighty said:

“O those who believe! Verily, intoxicating drinks, gambling, stone altars (or idols) and divining arrows are the abominations of the deeds of the devil. Stay away from her - perhaps you will succeed!

The command to beware of such things is one of the clearest indications of the prohibition of all this. In addition, wine in this case was mentioned in combination with the mention of altars, that is, deities and idols of the infidels, which means that people who claim that Allah did not speak about the prohibition of wine, but said only: “Stay away this…” - there are no serious arguments!

The Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) contains threats against those who drink wine. For example, Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:

“Indeed, Allah Almighty and Great has taken upon himself the obligation to make those who use intoxicating drinks drunk with what is called “tinat al-habal”. “People asked: “O Messenger of Allah, what is “tinat al-khabal”? “He, peace and blessings be upon him, replied: “This is the sweat of those who have fallen into hell, or their juices.”

As for Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both, he reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:

If a person dies addicted to wine, then his meeting with Allah will be like meeting with Him an idolater.

In our time, a huge number of types of wines and other alcoholic beverages have appeared, such as beer, alcohol, araka, vodka, champagne and the like, and among the members of the Muslim community a category of people has appeared, about the appearance of which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) warned, who said:

- Some people from among the members of my community will definitely drink wine, naming it differently.

And such people really call what they drink, not wine, but drinks for the soul, in an attempt to hide the truth and deceive someone, but Allah Almighty said:

They try to deceive Allah and those who believe, but they only deceive themselves and do not know.

There is one very important ruling in the Sharia, which explains everything that is doubtful and fundamentally stops the temptation to turn to all sorts of speculations related to such things. It refers to one saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) who said:

“Everything that intoxicates exists, wine and everything that intoxicates is forbidden.

In other words, everything that even in the slightest degree affects the mind of a person and intoxicates him with itself is forbidden.

Thus, no matter how many different names exist, in essence they express the same thing, and the judgment about them is already known.

And, finally, the words of the admonition of the prophet, may Allah bless him and welcome him, addressed to those who use wine, should be quoted here. He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “The prayers of one who drinks wine and falls into a state of intoxication will not be accepted for forty days, and if he dies during this period, he will go to hell. However, if such a person decides to turn to Allah, then He will accept his repentance. If a person takes up his own again, then his prayers will not be accepted for forty days, and if he dies during this period, he will go to hell. However, if such a person decides to turn to Allah, then He will accept his repentance. If a person takes up his own again, then his prayers will not be accepted for forty days, and if he dies during this period, he will go to hell. However, if such a person decides to turn to Allah, then He will accept his repentance. If a person takes up his own again, then his prayers will not be accepted for forty days, and if he dies during this period, he will go to hell. However, if such a person decides to turn to Allah, then He will accept his repentance. If he continues after that, then on the day of resurrection, Allah will surely give him “radhat al-khabal” to drink. People asked: “O Messenger of Allah, what is radhat al-khabal? “He, may blessings and peace be upon him, replied:“ This is the juice of those who ended up in hell.

If this is the case with those who use alcohol, then what about people who are addicted to drugs, which have an even stronger and more harmful effect on a person?! See the book "The Forbidden Things About Which People Are Careless, But Which One Should Beware of" by Muhammad al-Munajid. Ed. In Russian, pp. 36-38.

This hadeeth is quoted by Muslim, 3/1587.

Abu Dawud cites a hadeeth which reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “It is forbidden to consume any amount of that which intoxicates a person.” See: Sahih of Abu Dawud, No. 3128.

This hadith is quoted by Ibn Majah, no. 3377.

Al-Qurtubi in his tafsir (6/289) said: “The word of Allah “keep clear” requires a complete withdrawal, and you can not use it (wine) in any way, neither in drinking, nor in sale, nor in the manufacture of vinegar, nor in use as a medicine, and in no way at all.

Imam al-Qurtubi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: “This verse indicates the prohibition of playing backgammon and chess, whether there is excitement in it or not, because Allah Almighty, when he forbade wine, explained the reason for the ban: “The devil, with the help of intoxicating drinks and gambling, wants to sow enmity and hatred among you and turn you away from the remembrance of Allah and prayer”. Thus, any game, the smallness of which leads to more, incites enmity and hatred between the players, and prevents the remembrance of Allah and prayer, is like drinking wine, which makes this game as forbidden as wine. See al-Jami'li ahkam al-Qur'an, 6/291)

- stone altars (or idols) and fortune-telling arrows -

Ibn ‘Abbas said: “Divining arrows / azlam / are such arrows with the help of which people divided something, and idols are altars on which sacrifices were made.”

91. Indeed, the devil wants to sow enmity and hatred among you with the help of intoxicating drinks and gambling and turn you away from the remembrance of Allah and prayer. Won't you stop?

92. Obey Allah, obey the Messenger and beware! But if you turn away, then know that only the clear transmission of the revelation is entrusted to Our Messenger.

93. On those who believe and do righteous deeds, there is no sin for what they ate, if they were God-fearing, believed and did righteous deeds, if after that they again were God-fearing and believed, if after that they were again God-fearing and did good. For Allah loves those who do good.

94. O those who believe! Allah will surely put you to the test with hunting prey, which your hands and spears can get, so that Allah will recognize those who fear Him without seeing Him with their own eyes (or in secret from people). And whoever transgresses the boundaries of what is permitted after this, painful sufferings will be prepared for him.

95. O those who believe! Do not kill hunting prey while in ihram. If one of you kills her intentionally, then the reward for this will be a beast like the one that he killed. Two righteous men from among you decide on it (on the sacrificial cattle), and this sacrifice must reach the Kaaba. Or, to atone for this, one should feed the poor or observe an equivalent fast, so that he tastes the perniciousness of his act. Allah forgave what was before, but if anyone returns to this, then Allah will take revenge on him. Allah is Mighty, Capable of retribution.

96. You are allowed to take prey from the sea and food for the benefit of you and travelers, but you are prohibited from hunting on land while you are in ihram. Fear Allah, to whom you will be gathered.

97. Allah made the Kaaba, the Sacred House, as well as the forbidden month, sacrificial animals and animals (or people) with necklaces, a support for people. This is so that you may know that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, and that Allah is Aware of all things.

98. Know that Allah is severe in punishment and that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

99. The Prophet is not entrusted with anything but the transmission of revelation. Allah knows what you reveal and what you hide.

100. Say: "The bad and the good are not equal, even if the abundance of the bad pleased you (or surprised you)." Fear Allah, you possessors of understanding, that you may succeed.

101. O those who believe! Do not ask about things that will upset you if they become known to you. But they will become known to you if you ask about them when the Qur'an is sent down. Allah has forgiven you this, for Allah is Forgiving, Forbearing.

Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, reported: “Once the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) approached us with (such) a sermon the like of which I had never heard before. (Among other things) he said: “If you knew what I know, then, of course, you would laugh little and cry a lot!” - and then the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) covered their faces (with their hands) and began to cry, suppressing sobs. And then one person asked, “Who is my father?” (The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “So-and-so”, after which this verse was sent down (which says): “O you who believe! Do not ask about (such) things that will grieve you when they become known to you…” See Sahih al-Bukhari (4621).

Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported: “Some people used to ask the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) questions (just to make fun of him). One (could) ask: “Who is my father?” - the other, whose camel got lost, (could) ask: “Where is my camel?” - and about such Allah sent down the verse (in which it is said): “O you who believe! Do not ask about (such) things that will grieve you when they become known to you, but if you ask about them when the Qur'an is revealed, it will be revealed to you. Allah kept silent about them, (for) Allah is Forgiving, Meek. See Sahih al-Bukhari (4622).

________________________________________________________

Here Allah forbids His believing slaves to ask questions about things that will grieve them if it becomes known to them. This refers to questions about their origin, which individual Muslims asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), as well as questions about where they will end up - in hell or in paradise. A possible reason for this prohibition was that if the people were given the proper explanation, it would not do them any good. The same was true of such questions, the answers to which could lead to the imposition of additional religious duties on people.

It was narrated from Anas ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “People will not stop asking questions until they say:“ This is Allah, the Creator of everything. And who created Allah?” See Sahih al-Bukhari (7296).

________________________________________________________

If a person under the influence of shaitan begins to ask himself such questions, let him say: “I believed in Allah / Amanta b-Llah /”, read the 112th sura of the Koran “Sincerity” and turn to Allah for help and protection from the instigations of shaitan.

Imam al-Shafi'i cited this verse as an argument, condemning questions asked about what has not yet happened. See Ibn Muflikh. "al-Adabu-sh-shar'iyya" (2/73).

It is reported that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not ask me about what I did not tell you! Truly, those who lived before you were ruined only by the fact that they asked many questions and disagreed with their prophets! (Muslim 1337)
It is also reported that the Prophet (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “They who went deep were lost.” (Muslim 2670).

Deepening / mutanatty '/ means inquiring about what does not concern him, or one who is engaged in a detailed study of all possible branches from the main one. It is reported that Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "In no case do you inquire and do not go deep, but you should stick to what was." This refers to what the Companions adhered to, may Allah be pleased with them all. In this case, “deepening” means insisting on something, transgressing the boundaries of reason. The companions, may Allah be pleased with them, stopped asking the prophet, (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), many questions, and they even liked the fact that the Bedouins came and asked him questions, he answered them, and they heeded his words.
To engage in clarifying what does not concern you means to inquire about the hidden /ghaib/, in which we were ordered to believe and the essence of which remains unclear, since such clarifications necessarily lead to confusion and doubts, and, possibly, to distrust.
Ibn Ishaq said: “People are not allowed to think about either the Creator or the created, using what they have not heard. So, for example, regarding the words of the Almighty: ...and there is nothing that does not glorify Him by giving Him praise...(Night Journey, 17:44) - you can’t say: “How do inanimate things glorify Him?”, - since the Almighty told about this and He arranges it as He wishes. See the commentary on the Forty Hadith an-Nawawi. Per. A. Nirsha. p. 345-346.

It was narrated from the words of Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, (once) the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “Spare me (from asking about what) I (did not speak) with you. Indeed, those who lived before you were ruined by many questions and disagreement (of these people) with their Prophets, (and therefore,) when I forbid you something, avoid it, and when I command you something, make of it what you can "(Al -Bukhari 7288; Muslim 1338).

In the version of this hadith given by Imam Muslim, it is reported that once during a sermon, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “O people, Allah obligated you to perform Hajj, so do it.” A man asked: "Every year, O Messenger of Allah?" There was no answer, but after the man repeated his question three times, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “If I answer in the affirmative, it will become obligatory, but you cannot do it!” then he said: “Spare me (from asking about what) I (did not speak) with you. Indeed, those who lived before you were ruined by many questions and disagreement (of these people) with their Prophets, (and therefore) when I command you something, make of it what you can, and when I forbid you something, avoid it.

Ad-Darakutni gives another version of this hadith, which says: “And after the verse was sent down, which says:“ O those who believe! Do not ask about things that will upset you if they become known to you.... "(al-Maida, 5:101), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:" Verily, Allah Almighty has assigned (certain) duties to people, so do not neglect them, and set (certain) boundaries, so do not transgress them, and forbade (certain) things, so do not violate (these prohibitions), and kept silent about (some) things out of His mercy to you, and not out of forgetfulness, so do not seek them out!

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbids his companions to be too meticulous where it is inappropriate, and to ask him many unnecessary questions, since unnecessary questions could lead to the fact that Allah would impose additional religious duties on people, which would bring they are punished if they fail to do so.

Hajj is a great pilgrimage to Mecca.

That is, do not ask the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) unimportant and about something that does not concern your religion, since such questions may lead to the fact that you will be charged with something that was previously optional.

That is, do not try to find out what exactly Allah Almighty has kept silent about, as this may lead to the imposition of additional difficult duties on you.

Sheikh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “It is distressing that some people, interpreting the noble verse: “ Do not ask about things that will upset you if they become known to you.” (al-Maida, 5:101) contrary to its true meaning, they say: do not ask (about anything), otherwise you will be told something burdensome for you. This prohibition dated back to the time of revelations, when religious prescriptions could still be updated or changed. But after the death of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, (when such a danger no longer exists), a person is obliged to ask about those religious matters, the knowledge of which he needs.

That is, some questions asked to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) could lead to the sending down of burdensome religious instructions that could put Muslims in a difficult situation. See Tafseer al-Sa'adi 1/245

102. People before you asked about them and for this reason became unbelievers (or then became unbelievers in them).

103. Allah did not dispose of the bahira, saib, wasil and hami. But the unbelievers slander Allah, and most of them do not understand.

104. When they are told: “Come to what Allah sent down and to the Messenger,” they answer: “We are satisfied with what we found our fathers on.” Will they do this even if their fathers did not know anything and did not follow the direct path?

105. O those who believe! Take care of yourself. If you have followed the straight path, then you will not be harmed by the one who has fallen into error. All of you have to return to Allah, and then He will tell you about what you did.

106. O those who believe! If death comes to any of you and leaves a will, then two just men from among you or two others not from you bear witness to it, if death befalls you while you are wandering the earth. Detain both of them after prayer, and if you doubt, then they must swear by Allah: “We do not buy worldly benefits for them, even if he is our close relative, and we do not hide the testimony of Allah. Otherwise, we are among the sinners.”

107. If it is found that both of them are guilty of sin, then let the other two closest relatives from among those who have legal rights take their place and swear by Allah: “Our testimony is more reliable than their testimony, and we do not transgress the boundaries of what is permitted. Otherwise, we are among the lawless.”

108. It is better to do so in order that they may bear a true testimony, or fear that other oaths will be taken after their oaths. Fear Allah and listen! Indeed, Allah does not lead the wicked people to a straight path.

109. On the day when Allah will gather the messengers and say: “What was your answer?” they will say, “We have no knowledge. Verily, You are the Knower of the hidden.

110. Allah will say: “O Isa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)! Remember the mercy I have shown you and your mother. I supported you with the Holy Spirit (Jibril), thanks to which you spoke to people in the cradle and as an adult. I have taught you Scripture, wisdom, Taurat (Torah) and Injil (Gospel). By My permission, you molded statues of birds from clay and blew on them, and by My permission they became birds. By My permission, you healed the blind (or blind from birth; or those with weak eyesight) and the leper; by My permission, you brought the dead alive from the graves. I turned away from you (protected you from) the sons of Israel (Israel), when you appeared to them with clear signs, and the disbelievers from among them said that this was just obvious witchcraft.

111. I inspired the apostles: "Believe in me and my messenger." They said, “We believe! Bear witness that we have become Muslims.”

112. Here the apostles said: “O Isa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)! Can your Lord send us a meal from heaven? He said: "Fear Allah if you are believers."

113. They said: "We want to taste it, so that our hearts will be at peace, so that we will know that you have told us the truth, and so that we can be witnesses of it."

114. Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), said: “O Allah, our Lord! Send us a meal from heaven, which would be a feast for all of us, from the first to the last, and a sign from You. Grant us a lot, for You are the Best of those who give a lot.”

115. Allah answered: “I will send it down to you, but if anyone after that does not believe, then I will subject him to such torment as I have not subjected anyone from the worlds.”

116. Allah said: “O Isa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)! Did you say to people: "Accept me and my mother as two gods along with Allah"? He said: “Exalted are You! How could I say something that I have no right to? If I said that, You would know about it. You know what is in my soul, but I do not know what is in Your soul. Verily, You are the Knower of the hidden.

117. I did not say anything to them except what You commanded me: "Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." I was a witness of them while I was among them. When You gave me rest, You began to watch over them. Verily, You are the Witness of all things.

118. If You subject them to torment, then they are Your servants. If You forgive them, then You are the Mighty, the Wise.”

119. Allah said: “This is the day when truthful people will benefit from their truthfulness. The Gardens of Eden are prepared for them, in which rivers flow. They will be there forever." Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. This is a great achievement!

120. To Allah belongs dominion over the heavens and the earth and what is in them, and He is capable of all things.

Bo is the name of Allah, merciful, merciful!
1(1). O you who believe! Be faithful in contracts. Permissible to you is any animal from the livestock, except for what is read to you, without permission for you, when you are in the haram. Indeed, Allah decides what He wants!
2(2). O you who believe! Do not violate the rites of Allah, nor the forbidden month, nor sacrificial animals, nor decorated ones, nor striving for the forbidden house, who seek bounty from their Lord and blessings.
3. And when you are in a state of permissibility, then oh, and let it not bring on you the sin of hating people for the fact that they turned you away from the holy mosque, until then, you revere. And help some others in piety and fear of God, but do not help in sin and enmity. And fear Allah: verily, Allah is strong in punishment!
4(3). Zappeschena unto you meptvechina and kpov, myaco cvini, and verily, chto zakoloto c ppizyvaniem ne Allah and ydavlennaya and ybitaya ydapom and ybitaya DURING padenii and zabodannaya, and verily, chto el wild zvep - kpome togo chto ybity Po rite, - and that which is slaughtered on the altars, and that you share according to the arrows. This is wickedness. Today those who did not believe despaired of your religion; do not be afraid of them, but be afraid of me.
5. Today I have completed your religion for you, and completed My mercy for you, and satisfied you with Islam as a religion. Whoever is forced into hunger, not leaning into grief - then after all, Allah is forgiving, merciful!
6(4). They ask you: what are they allowed to do? Say: "Blessings are allowed to you and what you taught predatory animals, training them like dogs, which you teach what Allah taught you. Eat what they grab for you, and remember this; Allah, - verily, Allah is swift in reckoning!
7(5). Today blessings are allowed to you; and the food of those to whom the Scripture was given is permitted to you, and your food is permitted to them. And the chaste of the believers, and the chaste of those who have been given a pissing before you, if you have given them their reward, being chaste, not fornicating and not taking concubines. And if someone renounces the faith, then it is in vain for him, and in his later life he is among those who have suffered losses.
8(6). O you who believe! When you get up for prayer, then wash your faces and hands to the elbows, wipe your head and feet to the ankles.
9. And if you are not clean, then purify yourself; and if you are sick or on the way, or if any of you have come from a place of rest, or if you have touched women and do not find water, then wash yourself well with sand, - wipe your faces and hands with it. Allah does not want to arrange hardships for you, but only wants to purify you and to complete His mercy on you - maybe you will be grateful!
10(7). Remember the mercy of Allah to you and His covenant that He made with you when you said: "We have heard and we will obey!" Be afraid of Allah, - after all, Allah knows about what is in the chest!
11(8). O you who believe! Be steadfast before Allah, the Confessors of Justice. Let not hatred towards people of sin not attract you to the point that you violate justice. Be fair, this is closer to piety, and fear Allah, verily, Allah is Aware of what you do!
12(9). Allah promised to those who believed and did good: forgiveness and a great reward for them.
13(10). And those who did not believe and considered Our signs a lie, those are the inhabitants of the flame.
14(11). O you who believe! Remember the mercy of Allah to you when people thought to stretch out their hands to you, and He kept their hands away from you. Be afraid of Allah: let the believers rely on Allah!
15(12). Allah took a contract from the sons of Israel, and We raised up twelve leaders from among them. And ckazal Allah: "I - c vami if ye bydete vyctaivat molitvy and davat ochischenie and yvepyete in Moix poclanikov and vozvelichite THEIR and dadite Allaxy ppekpacny zaem I ochischy VAC From vashix zlyx deyany and neppemenno vvedy in cady, Where vnizy. the rivers flow, and who among you does not believe after this, he has gone astray from the right path.
16(13). And because they violated their agreement, We cursed them and made their hearts hard: they distort the words, (rearranging them) from their places. And they forgot part of what was mentioned to them. And you do not stop learning about the change from their side, except for a few of them. Forgive me and forgive me - after all, Allah loves those who do good!
17(14). And with those who say: "WE are Christians!" - We took a covenant. And they forgot a part of what was mentioned to them, and We aroused enmity and hatred among them until the day of resurrection. And then Allah will tell them what they did!
18(15). O possessors of writing! Our messenger has come to you to clarify much of what you hide in scripture, and passing by much. Light and clear scripture has come to you from Allah; (sixteen). to them, Allah guides those who follow His blessing along the paths of the world and brings them out of darkness into the light from His permission and leads them to the straight path.
19(17). Those who say that Allah is the Messiah, the son of Maryam, do not believe. Say: "Who is in control of anything in Allah, if He wants to destroy the Messiah, the son of Maryam, and his mother, and those who are on earth, all?"
20. Allah has dominion over the heavens and the earth and everything in between. He does what he wants: after all, Allah has power over every thing!
21(18). And the Jews and the Christians said: "We are the sons of Allah and His beloved." ? Say:.. "Togda pochemy OH VAC nakazyvaet za vashi gpexi system No, you - tolko people from tex, kogo OH cozdal OH pposchaet, komy pozhelaet and nakazyvaet, kogo pozhelaat Allaxy ppinadlezhit vlact nad nebecami and zemley and tem chto mezhdy them and to Him is a return."
22(19). O Possessors of Scripture! Our messenger has come to you, explaining to you, during the break between the messengers, so that you would not say: "Neither the evangelizer nor the announcer came to us!" Here comes to you an evangelist and a warner. Verily, Allah is powerful over every thing!
23(20). The Bot told Mysa to his people: "O my people! Remember the mercy of Allah to you, when He set up among you the pops, and made you kings, and gave you what He did not give to anyone from the world.
24(21). O my people! Enter the sacred land which Allah has ordained for you, and do not turn back, lest you be at a loss."
25(22). They said: "O Myca! There are giant people in it, and we will never enter it until they come out. And if they come out of there, we will go in."
26(23). Two people from those who are afraid, to whom Allah has bestowed mercy, said: “Come in through the gates.
27(24). They said, "O Myca! We will never enter there while they remain there. Go, you and your Lord, and fight together, and we will sit here."
28(25). He said: "Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother: separate us from this dissolute people."
29(26). He said: "Here she is forbidden to them for forty years, they will wander the earth; do not grieve for the dissolute people"!
30(27). And read to them the message of the two sons of Adam with truth. Here they both made sacrifices; and it was received from one and not received from another. He said: “I will certainly kill you!” He said: “Because Allah only accepts from the God-fearing.
31(28). If you stretch out your arms to me to kill me, I will not stretch out your arms to you to kill you. I'm afraid of Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
32(29). I want you to take upon yourself your sin against me and your sin and find yourself among the inhabitants of the fire. This is the reward of the unrighteous."
33(30). And his soul made it easy for him to kill his brother, and he killed him and found himself among the losers.
34(31). And Allah sent a raven, which tore up the earth, to show him how to hide his brother's filth. He said, "Woe to me! I am not able to be like that crow and hide my brother's filth." And he turned out to be among the repentant.
35(32). For this reason, We prescribed to the sons of Israel: who killed the soul, not for the soul or not for damage on the earth, as if he had killed people all, And who revived it, as if he revived people in x.
36. Our messengers came to them with clear signs. Then many of them after that over the earth were redundant.
37(33). DecTrequentially, weighing Tex, which is equipped with Alaxo and EGO of the name and the shops of NA to cause the nethetie, in the one, what are the hottest Ybit, or Paccapes, or BydyThs. This is a shame for them in the next life, and in the last for them - a great punishment, -
38(34). except those that were converted before you gained power over them. Know that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful!
39(35). O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah, seek approach to Him and be sure on the way of Him - maybe you will be happy!
40(36). Verily, those who do not believe, if they had everything that is on the earth, and so much more, in order to redeem themselves from punishment on the day of resurrection, all this would not be accepted from them, and they would be counted!
41(37). They will want to come out of the fire, but there is no way they will come out of there. For them - eternal punishment!
42(38). Bory and the thief, cut off their hands in retribution for what they have acquired, as a fear from Allah. Indeed, Allah is great, wise!
43(39). And whoever turns after his injustice and corrects, then Allah will turn to him. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful!
44(40). Do you not know that Allah has dominion over heaven and earth? He punishes whom He wills, and forgives whom He wills. Verily, Allah is powerful over every thing!
45(41). O messenger! Do not be saddened by those who rush to unbelief from those who say: "We have believed!" with their mouths, but their hearts did not believe; and from the Jews: they listen to lies, they listen to other people who did not come to you; they distort words after their places; they say: "If it is given to you, then take it, and if it is not granted to you, then beware!" After all, whom Allah wants to tempt, for that you will not be in power with Allah. These are the ones that Allah did not want them to purify their hearts. For them in the next world - a shame, for them in the afterlife - a great punishment!
46(42). They constantly listen to lies, devour the forbidden. If they come to you, then disperse between them or turn away from them. And if you turn away from them, then they will not harm you in anything. And if you begin to judge, then judge them in justice: verily, Allah loves the righteous!
47(43). But how will they put you as a judge, when they have Topa, in which the court of Allah? Then they turn away after that - these are not believers!
48(44). We have brought down the Topy, in which is guidance and light; the priests who have betrayed, those who confess the Jews, and the rabbis and scribes - in accordance with the fact that they were given for safekeeping from the Scripture of Allah, and they are confessors about this. Do not be afraid of people, but be afraid of Me! And do not buy for My signs a small price! And whoever does not judge by what Allah has sent down, then these are unbelievers.
49(45). And We prescribed for them in it that the soul is for the soul, and the eye is for the eye, and the nose is for the nose, and the yxo is for the yxo, and the tooth is for the tooth, and the wounds are vengeance. And whoever sacrifices this with alms, then this is an atonement for him. And whoever judges not because Allah sent down, they are unjust.
50(46). And otppavili WE WILL Po cledam THEIR Icy, cyna Mapyam, c podtvepzhdeniem ictinnocti togo chto nicpoclano do nego in Tope and dapovali WE WILL emy Evangelie in kotopom - pykovodctvo and cvet, and c podtvepzhdeniem ictinnocti togo chto nicpoclano do nego in Tope, and guidance and admonition for the God-fearing.
51(47). And let the owners of the Gospel judge according to what Allah revealed in it. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has brought down, those are the wicked.
52(48). And We sent down to you the scripture with the truth to confirm the truth of what was sent down to him from the scripture, and to protect it. Go among them according to what Allah has sent down, and do not follow their passions away from the truth that has come to you. For each of you We have made a way and a way.
53. And if Allah had willed, then He would have made you one people, but ... to test you in what He has given you. Try to get ahead of each other in good deeds! K Allah - the return of you all, and He will tell you what you disagreed about!
54(49). And sit between them according to what Allah has sent down, and do not follow their passions, and take care of them so that they do not tempt you from a part of what Allah has sent down to you. If they turn away, then know that Allah wants to strike them for some of their sins. Indeed, verily, many of the people are libertines!
55(50). Do they really want a time of ignorance? Who is better than Allah in judgment for a people with confidence?
56(51). O you who believe! Do not take Jews and Christians as friends: they are friends one to another. And if one of you takes them as a friend, he himself is one of them. Verily, Allah does not guide the unrighteous people!
57(52). You are the see HOW TE in cepdtsax kotopyx bolezn, pocpeshayut cpedi nix, govopya: "WE WILL boimcya chto nac poctignet povopot ydachi", - a mozhet be Allah doctavit pobedy or kakoe nibyd povelenie From cebya, and they are normally okazhytcya packaivayuschimicya in that which they hid in their souls,
58(53). and those who believe will say: "Is it really they who swore by Allah, - the strongest of their oaths, - that they - without fail with you?" Vain are their deeds; they were at a loss!
59(54). O you who believe! If any of you falls away from your religion, then ... Allah will bring people whom He loves and who love Him, humble before the believers, great over the infidels, who fight in the way of Allah and who fight. This is the bounty of Allah: He gives it to whom He wills, - after all, Allah is inclusive, knowing!
60(55). Your patron is only Allah and His messenger and those who believe, who perform prayer and give purification, and they bow down.
61(56). And who takes the patron of Allah and His messenger and those who believe ... because the party of Allah - they will win.
62(57). O you who believe! Do not take as friends those who take your religion as a mockery and fun, from those to whom writing was given to you, and unbelievers. Fear Allah if you are believers!
63(58). And when you call to prayer, they take it as a joke and fun. This is because they are people who do not understand.
64(59). Say: "O possessors of the Scripture! Are you really taking revenge on us only because we believed in Allah and what was sent down to us, and what was sent down earlier, and because most of you
- satellites?
65(60). Say: "He coobschit Do unto me unto you bolee zloctnoe chem IT'S, Po nagpade y Allah Tot, kogo ppoklyal Allah and nA kogo pazgnevalcya and cdelal of nix obezyan and cviney and kto poklonyalcya tagyty These - zloctnee Po mecty and bolee cbivshiecya?. from a straight path."
66(61). And when they come to you, they say, "We have believed!" And they went in with unbelief and went out with him. Indeed, Allah knows best what they hide.
67(62). And you see many of them, how they hasten each other in front of the other in grexe and enmity and devouring them of the unlawful. It's bad what they do!
68(63). So that their rabbis and scribes would keep them from their sinful speeches and devouring them of illegal things ... It's bad what they do!
69(64). And the Jews said: "The hand of Allah is tied!" Their hands are tied, and they are cursed for what they said. No! His arms are open to Him: He spends as He pleases. And of course, for many of them, what has been sent down to you from your Lord only increases delusion and unbelief. We cast enmity and hatred between them until the day of resurrection. As soon as they kindle a fire for war, Allah extinguishes it. And they strive on the earth with wickedness, and Allah does not love those who spread wickedness!
70(65). And if the possessors of the Scripture had believed and were God-fearing, We would have purged their evil deeds from them and would have led them into the gardens of grace. (66). And if they had kept upright the Topy and the Gospel and what had been sent down to them from their Lord, then they would have fed both from what is beyond them and from what is under their feet. Among them is a commensurate people, and many of them are bad what they do!
71(67). O messenger! Tell what has been sent down to you from your Lord. And if you don't, you won't deliver His message. Allah will protect you from people. Verily, Allah does not guide the disbelievers straight!
72(68). Say, "O People of the Book! You hold on to nothing until you set up straight the Tops and the Gospel and what has been sent down to you from your Lord." But for many of them, what has been sent down to you from your Lord only increases delusion and unbelief. Do not grieve for unbelieving people!
73(69). Verily, those who believe and who profess Judaism, and Sabians, and Christians, - who believed in Allah and the last day and did good, - there is no fear over them, and do not be happy!
74(70). We took a contract from the sons of Israel and sent to them priests. Every time the ambassador came to them with those who did not love their souls, they considered some of them to be liars, and they beat others.
75(71). And they thought that there would be no misfortune, and many of them were blind and deaf; and Allah sees what they do!
76(72). Those who said: "Because Allah is the Messiah, the son of Maryam" did not believe. And the Messiah said: "O sons of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord!" After all, who gives Allah companions, then Allah has forbidden paradise. His refuge is fire, and there is none for unrighteous helpers!
77(73). They did not believe who said: "Because Allah is the third of the trex," - then as there is no other deity, except for the one God. And if they do not refrain from what they say, then those of them who did not believe will be touched by a painful punishment.
78(74). Will they not turn to Allah and ask His forgiveness? Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful!
79(75). The Messiah, the son of Maryam, is only a messenger, messengers have already passed before him, and his mother is a righteous woman. Both of them ate food. See how We explain the signs to them; then look how far they are turned away!
80(76). Say: "Do you really worship, besides Allah, that which has neither harm nor benefit for you, and Allah is Hearing, Knowing?"
81(77). Say: "O possessors of the Scriptures! Do not exaggerate in your religion without truth, and do not follow the passions of people who have gone astray before, and have led many astray, and have gone astray."
82(78). Cursed are those of the sons of Israel who did not believe in the language of Dayd and Isa, the son of Maryam! This is because they disobeyed and were criminal. (79). They didn't hold back from the reproach they did. It's bad what they did!
83(80). You see how many of them take as friends those who did not believe. How bad it is that their souls were prepared for them earlier, that Allah was angry with them, and they remain in punishment forever!
84(81). If they believed in Allah, and propoka, and what was sent down to him, they would not take them as friends, but many of them are dissolute!
85(82). You, of course, will find that Jews and polytheists are stronger than all people in their hatred for the believers, and you, of course, will find that those closest in love to the believers, who said: "We said!" This is because among them there are priests and monks and that they do not exalt themselves.
86(83). And when they hear what was sent down to the messenger, then you see how their eyes are filled with tears from the truth that they have learned. They say: "Our Lord! We have believed, write us down with confessors!
87(84). And why should we not believe in Allah and in what has come to us from the truth, since we want our Lord to lead us with righteous people?"
88(85). And Allah rewarded them for what they said with gardens where rivers flow down, - they will stay there forever. And this is a reward for those who do good. (86). And those who did not believe and considered Our signs a lie, they are the inhabitants of the fire!
89(87). O you who believe! Do not forbid the blessings that Allah has allowed you, and do not transgress. Verily, Allah does not love the transgressors!
90(88). And eat what Allah gives you, what is lawful, good. And be afraid of Allah in whom you believe!
91(89). Allah does not charge you for being careless in your oaths, but He charges you for binding your oaths. The atonement for this is to feed ten poor people with the average of what you feed your families, or clothe them, or free a slave. And whoever does not find it, then - a post of three days. This is the redemption of your oaths that you swore. Guard your oaths! This is how Allah explains His signs to you - maybe you will be grateful!
92(90). O you who believe! Wine, maysir, altars, arrows - an abomination from the act of Satan. Stay away from this - maybe you will be happy!
93(91). Satan wants to plant enmity and hatred among you with wine and maysir and turn you away from the remembrance of Allah and prayer. Do you hold on? (92). Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and beware! And if you turn away, then know that on Our Messenger there is only a clear transmission.
94(93). Tail gpexa nA tex who believe and tvopili blagie dela in tom, they are normally chto vkyshayut, kogda they are normally bogoboyaznenny and yvepovali and tvopili blagie dela, potom were bogoboyaznenny and vepovali, potom were bogoboyaznenny and delali dobpo - Lo Allah loves dobpodeyuschix!
95(94). O you who believe! Of course, Allah will test you with the prey that your hands and your spears will get at the hunt in order to find out Allah who is afraid of Him in secret. And whoever transgresses after this, that is a painful punishment.
96(95). O you who believe! Do not kill prey when you are in haram; and whoever kills from you deliberately, then retribution - cattle as much as he killed. This is established by two righteous of you as a victim heading to Kaba, or expiation - to feed the poor, or equally - by fasting, so that he tastes the harm of his work. Allah forgives what was before; and whoever repeats, Allah will avenge him: verily, Allah is great, the owner of vengeance!
97(96). Allowed you to hunt in the sea and feed on it for the use of you and travelers. But it is forbidden for you to hunt on land while you are in haram. Fear Allah, to whom you will be gathered!
98(97). Allah established Kaba, a sacred house, as a statement for people, and a holy month, and a sacrificial animal, and decorations. This
- for that. so that you know that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is on the earth, and that Allah knows about every thing. (98). Know that Allah is strong in punishment and that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful!
99(99). The duties of a messenger are only communication; and Allah knows what you reveal and what you hide!
100(100). Say: "The vile and the good are not the same, even though the abundance of the vile would exalt you." Be afraid of Allah, the owner of the mind - maybe you will be happy!
101(101). O you who believe! Do not ask about things that will upset you if they are revealed to you. And if you ask about them when the Qur'an comes down, they will be revealed to you. Allah forgave them for them: after all, Allah is forgiving, meek. (102). People asked about them before you; then they turned out to be unbelievers in them.
102(103). Allah did not arrange neither bahirs, nor saibs, nor vasis, nor khamis, but those who did not believe invent lies against Allah, and most of them do not understand.
103(104). And when they are told: “Come to the one that Allah sent down, and to the messenger”, they say: “It is enough for us on what we found our fathers!”
104(105). O you who believe! Ha you - care only about your souls. the one who is lost will not hurt you if you go straight. K Allahy is your return of all, and He will tell you what you did!
105(106). O you who believe! Cvidetelctvom mezhdy vami, kogda ppixodit to komy nibyd of VAC cmept in the moment zaveschaniya (dolzhny be) dvoe obladayuschix cppavedlivoctyu of VAC or large screen dpygix ne of the VAC, you kogda ctpanctvyete Po zemle and VAC poctignet necchactie cmepti. We in takom clychae would be of gpeshnikov.!"
106(107). If it turns out that they both deserved the accusation of sin, then two others, more worthy, will take their place from those against which the former ones transgressed. They will swear by Allah: "Our testimony is more true than the testimony of both of them. We do not transgress; otherwise we would be from the unrighteous."
107(108). This is closer to the fact that they give evidence in his appearance or fear that after their oaths the oaths will be repeated again. Be afraid of Allah and listen - after all, Allah does not lead a dissolute people!
108(109). On the day when Allah gathers the messengers and says: “What was your answer?”, they will say: “We have no knowledge, because You are the knower of secrets.”
109(110). Allah will say: “O Isa, son of Maryam! Remember My mercy to you and your parent, how I supported you with the Holy Spirit. You spoke with people in the cradle and adults.
110. And so I taught you writing, wisdom, Tope, the Gospel, and behold, you made from clay the likeness of birds with My permission and blew on them, and they became birds with My permission, and you brought out the permission of the dead. And so I withheld the sons of Israel from you when you came to them with clear signs. And those who did not believe among them said: "This is only an obvious sorcery!"
111(111). And so I inspired the apostles: "Assure me and my messenger!" They said, "We have believed, bear witness that we have surrendered!"
112(112). The apostles said: "O Isa, son of Maryam! Can your Lord bring down a meal from heaven for us?" He said, "Fear God if you are believers!"
113(113). They said, "We want to eat from her, and our hearts will be rested, and we will know that you told us the truth, and we will be witnesses of her."
114(114). Isa, the son of Maryam, said: "Allah, our Lord! Bring us a meal from the sky! This will be a holiday for the first of us and for the last and a sign from You. And give us the best of the best!"
115(115). Allah said: "I will send it down to you, but who else of you will then be an unbeliever, then I will punish him with a punishment that I do not punish any of the worlds!"
116(116). And then Allah said: “O Isa, son of Maryam! Did you say to people: “Accept me and my mother with two gods except Allah?” He said: “Praise be to You! How can you tell me what is not right for me? If I spoke, You know it. You know that. what is in my soul, but I do not know what is in your soul: after all, you are the knower of the hidden.
117(117). I did not tell them anything, except for what You ordered me: "Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord!" I was a witness of them while I was among them, and when You put me to rest, You were a watcher of them, and You are a witness of every thing.
118(118). If You punish them, then they are Your servants, and if You forgive them, then You are great, wise!"
119(119). Allah said: "This is the day when their truthfulness will help them. They are gardens, where rivers flow down, they will stay there forever." Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Allah. This is a great profit!
120(120). Allah has dominion over the heavens and the earth and what is in them, and He is powerful over all things!

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful

  1. O those who believe! Be true to your commitments. You are allowed to have cattle, except for the one that will be announced to you, and except for the prey that you dare to hunt in ihram. Verily, Allah commands whatever He wills.
  3. If anyone is forced to do this (to eat forbidden foods) from hunger, and not from a tendency to sin, then indeed Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
  9. Allah has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds forgiveness and a great reward.
  10. And those who disbelieved and considered Our signs false, will be the inhabitants of Hell.
  16. Through it, Allah guides those who seek His pleasure through the paths of peace. He brings them out of the darkness into the light according to His will and guides them to the straight path.
  17. Those who said: “Verily, Allah is the Messiah, the son of Maryam (Mary)” did not believe. Say: “Who can interfere with Allah even a little if He wishes to destroy the Messiah, the son of Maryam (Mary), his mother and everyone on earth?” Allah has dominion over the heavens and the earth and everything in between.
Trust in Allah if you are believers."
  24. They said: “O Musa (Moses)! We will never enter there while they are there. Go and fight with your Lord, we will sit here.”
  25. He said, “Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother. Separate us from (or judge between us and) wicked people.
  26. He said, “Then it will be forbidden to them for forty years.
Can't I do like that raven and hide my brother's corpse? So he turned out to be one of the regrettables.
  32. For this reason, We prescribed to the sons of Israel (Israel): whoever kills a person not for murder or spreading wickedness on earth, it is as if he had killed all people, and whoever saves a person’s life, he will save the life of all people. Our messengers have already come to them with clear signs, but after that many of them have transgressed the boundaries of what is permitted on earth.
  34. The exceptions are those who repented and returned before you had power over them. Know that Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
  35. O those who believe! Fear Allah, seek ways to draw near to Him and fight in His way so that you may succeed.
  36. Indeed, if the unbelievers had everything that is on earth, and the same amount more, to pay off the torment on the Day of Resurrection, then this would not be accepted from them. They are destined for painful suffering.
  37. They will want to get out of the Fire, but they won't be able to get out.
  40. Don't you know that Allah has dominion over the heavens and the earth? He torments whom He wills and forgives whom He wills. Allah is capable of anything.
  46. Following them, We sent Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), with confirmation of the truth of what had previously been sent down in Taurat (Torah). We bestowed upon him the Injil (Gospel) in which was the right guidance and light, which confirmed what had previously been sent down in the Taurat (Torah). It was a sure guide and admonition for the God-fearing.
  47. Let the people of the Injil (Gospel) judge according to what Allah has revealed in it. Those who do not make decisions in accordance with what Allah has sent down are the wicked.
  48. We have sent down to you the Scripture with the truth in confirmation of the former Scriptures, and in order that it would protect them (or bear witness to them; or rise above them).
  50. Do they seek the judgment of the times of ignorance?
They will be humble before the believers and adamant before the unbelievers, they will fight in the way of Allah and not be afraid of the censure of those who blame. Such is the mercy of Allah, which He bestows on whom He wills. Allah is All-Encompassing, Knowing.
This is because they are unintelligent people.
  59. Say: “O People of the Book! Do you reproach us only for (or bear malice towards us only because of) that we believed in Allah, in what was sent down to us and what was sent down before, and in the fact that most of you are wicked?
  60. Say: “Shall I inform you about those who will receive a worse reward from Allah? These are those whom Allah cursed, with whom He became angry, whom He turned into monkeys and pigs and who worshiped the taghut. They will occupy an even worse place and go further astray.”
  61. When they came to you, they said, "We believe." However, they entered in disbelief and went out with him. Allah knows better what they were hiding.
  62. You see that many of them hasten to commit sins, to be at enmity and to devour the forbidden.
Among them there is a moderate people (the righteous who believed in the Prophet Muhammad), but what is bad is what many of them do.
  69. Indeed, believers, as well as Jews, Sabians and Christians, who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteous deeds, will not know fear and will not be saddened.
  74. Do they not repent before Allah and ask for His forgiveness? Indeed, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
  75. The Messiah, the son of Maryam (Mary), was only a messenger. Before him, too, there were messengers, and his mother was a truthful woman. Both of them were eating. See how We make the signs clear to them. And then see how they are turned away from the truth.
  76. Say: “Will you worship instead of Allah that which has no power to harm or benefit you? It is Allah who is Hearing, Knowing!”
  77. Say: “O People of the Book! Do not exaggerate in your religion contrary to the truth and do not indulge the desires of people who have previously fallen into error, led many others astray and strayed from the straight path.
  78. The unbelieving sons of Israel (Israel) were cursed with the language of Davud (David) and Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary). This happened because they disobeyed and transgressed the boundaries of what was permitted.
  79. They did not keep each other from the reprehensible acts they committed.
You will also surely find that those closest in love to believers are those who say: "We are Christians." This is because there are priests and monks among them, and because they do not show arrogance.
  83. When they hear what was sent down to the Messenger, you see their eyes overflow with tears because of the truth they learn.
  86. And those who disbelieved and considered Our signs false are the inhabitants of Hell.
  87. O those who believe! Do not forbid the good that Allah has made lawful for you, and do not transgress the boundaries of what is permitted. Indeed, Allah does not like criminals.
  88. Eat from what Allah has given you, lawful and good, and fear Allah in whom you believe.
  89. Allah will not punish you for idle oaths, but He will punish you for what you have sealed with oaths.
Verily, intoxicants, gambling, stone altars (or idols), and divining arrows are the abominable acts of Satan. Stay away from her, you may be successful.
  91. Indeed, Satan wants to sow enmity and hatred among you with the help of intoxicating drinks and gambling and turn you away from the remembrance of Allah and prayer. Won't you stop?
  92. Obey Allah, obey the Messenger and beware! But if you turn away, then know that only the clear transmission of the revelation is entrusted to Our Messenger.
  93. On those who believe and do righteous deeds, there is no sin for what they ate, if they were God-fearing, believed and did righteous deeds, if after that they again were God-fearing and believed, if after that they were again God-fearing and did good . Allah loves those who do good.
  96. You are allowed to take prey from the sea and eat for the benefit of you and the travelers, but you are not allowed to take prey on land while you are in ihram. Fear Allah, to whom you will be gathered.
  97. Allah made the Kaaba, the Protected House, as well as the forbidden month, sacrificial animals and animals (or people) with necklaces, a support for people.
  100. Say: "The bad and the good are not equal, even if the abundance of the bad pleases you (or surprises you)." Fear Allah, you possessors of understanding, that you may succeed.
  101. O those who believe! Do not ask about things that will upset you if they become known to you. But they will become known to you if you ask about them when the Qur'an is sent down. Allah has forgiven you this, for Allah is Forgiving, Forbearing.
  102. People before you have asked about them and for this reason have become unbelievers (or have since become unbelievers in them).
  103. Allah did not dispose of the bahira, saib, wasila and hami.
Allah does not lead the wicked people to a straight path.
  109. On the day when Allah will gather the messengers and say: “What was your answer?” they will say, “We have no knowledge. Verily, You are the Knower of the hidden."
I turned away from you (protected you from) the sons of Israel (Israel), when you appeared to them with clear signs, and the unbelievers from among them said that this was just obvious witchcraft.
  111. I inspired the apostles: "Believe in me and my messenger." They said, “We believe! Bear witness that we have become Muslims.”
  112. The apostles said: “O Isa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)! Can your Lord send us a meal from heaven?” He said: "Fear Allah if you are believers."
  113. They said: "We want to taste it so that our hearts will be at peace, so that we will know that you have told us the truth, and so that we can be witnesses of it."
  114. Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), said: “O Allah, our Lord! Send us a meal from heaven, which would be a feast for all of us, from the first to the last, and a sign from You. Grant us a lot, for You are the Best of those who give a lot.”
  115. Allah replied: “I will send it down to you, but if anyone after that does not believe, then I will subject him to such torment as I have not subjected anyone from the worlds.”
  116. Allah said: “O Isa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)! Did you say to people: “Accept me and my mother as two gods along with Allah”? He said: “Exalted are You! How could I say something that I have no right to? If I said that, You would know about it. You know what is in my soul, but I do not know what is in Your soul. Verily, You are the Knower of the hidden.
  117. I did not tell them anything except what You commanded me: "Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." I was a witness of them while I was among them. When You gave me rest, You began to watch over them. Verily, You are the Witness of all things.
  118. If You subject them to torment, then they are Your servants. But if You forgive them, then You are the Mighty, the Wise."

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful!

1. O those who believe! Be true to your commitments. You are allowed to have cattle, except for the one that will be announced to you, and except for the prey that you dare to hunt in ihram. Verily, Allah commands whatever He wills.

2. Help one another in piety and fear of God, but do not help one another in sin and encroachment. Fear Allah, for Allah is severe in punishment.

3. You are forbidden carrion, blood, the meat of a pig and that over which the name of Allah was not pronounced (or was slaughtered not for the sake of Allah), or was strangled, or beaten to death, or died when falling, or stabbed with horns or bullied by a predator , unless you have time to slaughter him, and what is slaughtered on stone altars (or for idols), as well as divination by arrows.

28. If you stretch out your hand to me to kill me, I still will not stretch out my hand to kill you. Verily, I fear Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

29. I want you to return with my sin and your sin and be among the inhabitants of the Fire.

32. For this reason, We prescribed to the sons of Israel (Israel): whoever kills a person not for murder or spreading wickedness on earth, he killed all the people, and whoever saves the life of a person, it is as if he saves the life of all people. Our messengers have already come to them with clear signs, but after that many of them will be redundant on earth.

33. Verily, those who fight against Allah and His Messenger and seek to create wickedness on the earth, in retribution should be killed or crucified, or their hands and feet should be cut off crosswise, or they should be expelled from the country. It will be a disgrace to them in this world, and great torment is prepared for them in the Hereafter.

44. We sent down Taurat (Torah), which contains the right guidance and light. The subdued prophets passed judgments on it for those professing Judaism.

63. Why don't the rabbis and high priests keep them from speaking sinfully and devouring the forbidden?
