Required Components:

  • 2 tbsp. spoons of honey;
  • 100 g oatmeal;
  • 100 g curd mass;
  • 1 egg;
  • 80 g of crushed nuts (in addition to the nucleoli, you can add sunflower or sesame seeds);
  • 60 g butter;
  • ½ sachet of baking powder.

Put oatmeal, egg, honey and baking powder into the container. Mix everything well and add melted butter. The mixture is left for half an hour so that the oatmeal has time to swell a little.

The curd mass is passed through a fine sieve and sent to other components, the mass is thoroughly kneaded. Its consistency should allow forming a ball. If the dough seems too liquid, you can add a little flour.

Small cakes are formed with a spoon and laid out on a sheet covered with oiled parchment paper, at a great distance from each other. On top of the workpiece, you can sprinkle with chopped walnuts. A treat is baked at 200 degrees for about a quarter of an hour.
