Salute for the new year. Fireworks for the New Year Where is the best place to watch

Dark sky. A sharp whistle cuts the air and the first volley of festive fireworks explodes somewhere high up like a blinding spark. The next one flies after him, and all subsequent ones too. "Bombs", "balls", "stars", all forms and do not remember right away. They, exploding in different colors, delight the audience with the doomsday and drown out with sound effects. New Year's fireworks are loved and awaited by people of different generations. It is impossible not to notice him.

Festive fireworks, which we used to call fireworks, came to us from ancient China. The caring progenitors of the modern Chinese invented gunpowder, and the traveler Marco Polo brought it to Europe. That's who was the great plagiarist. Although any traveler of those times can be called that for their exchange of experience and material wealth with other peoples.

The Chinese also began to use gunpowder for our usual light and noise purposes. Only fiery flashes that make loud sounds were not intended for entertainment, but to protect houses and villages from evil spirits. They believed and were very afraid of the spirits that "came out" to people on New Year's Eve, so they protected themselves from them in such a strange way.

The first festive salute in Russia is considered to be a festive volley of artillery pieces during the capture of the city of Belgorod and the city of Orel in 1943 by our troops. In fact, the first city in which fireworks were launched was the city of Ustyug, and that was in 1674. In Tsarist Russia, any celebrations were accompanied by explosions of fireworks, the main "pyrotechnician" of that period was Jacob Shtelin. Fireworks accompanied the celebrations until 1915, then resumed from 1943.

Bright doomsday

Over the past couple of years, explosions with flashes for some people, especially those who have visited or moved from the Donbass, are an alarming signal. What they saw there could not but be reflected in their reactions. At first, children from those regions were easy to distinguish during the holidays, they began to cry and rush about. Now they are taking it all right, and with all the other adults and children, they are enjoying the celestial light shows.

Let's plunge into the recent, our past? What were the fireworks like on holidays? White flashes, after some time yellow ones were added to them. For a long time, these two colors diluted the sky blue with their explosions.

  • ships,
  • big snowflakes,
  • gold or multi-colored starfall,
  • flowers,
  • lettering,
  • with the help of a laser and fireworks, a celestial mini-performance.

Every year, not only the color form of fireworks increases, but also their duration. The brightest and longest salutes occur on New Year's Eve. Every country wants to celebrate the beginning of the year as brightly as possible. Or maybe subconsciously bright flashes protect themselves from troubles, like the ancient Chinese from their spirits?
