Quite often at distribution centers for retail stores, you can see a picture when orders from customers arrive late in the evening, and products need to be shipped early in the morning. This is especially true when products have short lead times, and store owners, in order to prevent delays, wait for the end of the influx of customers to place orders for relatively correct balances. The problem of several orders for one delivery date can be solved by automating the process: during the working day, order forms from customers can be loaded into the accounting program from e-mail; if there are several orders from one supplier, then in the program they are combined into one common one and processed respectively.

Identification of the same order occurs according to the following parameters:

1. client name,
2. sending email address,
3. date of shipment of goods,
4. contract number, etc.
