It is important for you to have an understanding of the multiple frequencies of reality as you begin to consciously communicate and travel in higher dimensional realities.
Each dimension is a world in itself, complete and with its own set of laws and principles. Each dimension contains sub-dimensions or separate worlds and levels of existence. For example, the astral worlds and the mental plane are part of the fourth dimension.
The earthly (physical) level is the first, second and third dimensions. The etheric levels begin at the top level of the fourth dimension, the Human Kingdom. Humans are able to access the etheric levels and ascend to a four- and then five-dimensional state while remaining in a three-dimensional earthly, physical reality.
The higher dimensions are dimensions from the fifth to the twelfth. The fifth dimension functions at the level of incarnate beings. The sixth dimension operates at the level of possible realities. The seventh dimensional Oversoul functions at the level of Souls.
Dimensions eight through ten operate at the level of solar systems.
And the eleventh and twelfth, as well as their combinations, function at the level of galaxies.
Descriptions from the first to fourth dimensions are given for reference to form a holistic picture of the world.
Brief characteristics of measurements
First dimension
The first dimension is the habitat of the mineral kingdom. All living things here begin from the embryonic stage and gradually take shape. Any inhabitant of this dimension has consciousness, is connected with the Divine Source and is part of it. He has a close connection with the Divine Mother as he has just emerged from the Divine Womb.
Second dimension
The second dimension is home to the plant kingdom. The inhabitants of the second dimension rise to the next level of development. They begin to take the first steps towards testing themselves by participating in the cycle of life: birth, death and rebirth. They realize that their presence has an impact on the world when they are perceived and felt by other forms of creation. They enter into a community of other forms of creation and can experience themselves in their connection with them.
Third dimension
The third dimension can easily be thought of as the animal kingdom. In the third dimension, consciousness is developed to the level of self-awareness. The inhabitants of this world acquire attachment to their lives and thereby the will to survive. Attachment creates awareness of everything that can harm or interrupt life, and this is how fear arises.
The inhabitants of this dimension learn to experience the duality of safety and fear in the desire to survive and are able to instinctively feel and sense. To do this, they devote part of their consciousness to the formation of a mind based on survival. The main role of this part of the mind is to develop systems for storing information so that it can be accessed in an attempt to maintain security. This information contains the creature's personal experiences or the experiences it has seen of other creatures. The creature creates this memory bank early in its life, based on its experiences as well as lessons from elders or other members of the community. This kind of intelligence develops for the purpose of survival.
Humans exist in the third or lower levels of the fourth dimension until the focus of their attention shifts from survival and the desire to survive to the more spiritual aspirations of the higher levels of the fourth dimension.
Fourth dimension
The fourth dimension is known as the Human Kingdom because the abilities and sensitivities acquired by man in the fourth dimension are more in keeping with the true nature of humanity than the habits and beliefs adopted by man as a result of living in the third dimension.
In the fourth dimension, consciousness evolves and abandons the Will to Survive in favor of the more subtle aspects of existence. It is in this dimension that beings awaken and reach levels of awareness in which they ask the questions: “Who am I?”, “Where did I come from, in a spiritual sense?”, “Who, what and where is my Creator?” and “What is my goal?”
Fifth Dimension: Love
If the fourth dimension contains the Human Kingdom and is the place where the embodied person solves his problems and establishes a connection with his spirituality, then the fifth dimension is the Spiritual Kingdom. Entering the fifth dimension, the initiate leaves the worlds of duality and enters a qualitatively different world - the world of love and unity. By the time the initiate reaches this realm, he is already well aware of the purpose of his incarnation and, to a certain extent, the meaning of his life.
As the gateway to Christ Consciousness, the fifth dimension is the home of love. In this dimension there is no duality of love and fear, as in the fourth. It is based on love and light, and therefore many initiates at the upper levels of the fourth dimension strive to achieve fifth-dimensional consciousness.
Sixth Dimension: Plane of the Soul
In the sixth dimension, the initiate is freed from the remnants of his divisive beliefs and prepares to immerse himself in the experience of the Oneness of God. He recognizes the truth of God and understands God as the Power of Light, the Source of Light, the Unity, the All That Is. He gets rid of the limited perception of himself and enters a world of limitless possibilities. Here he no longer considers himself as a physical Incarnate “I” and begins to consider himself All That Is. Here he completely subordinates his “I” to All That Is. He becomes everything - from rocks to birds, stars and planets. He reaches God Consciousness.
Seventh Dimension: Low Starry Heavens
Also called the “seventh heaven,” the seventh dimension is the habitat of many Angelic and Celestial Beings, as well as the universal levels of the Hierarchy.
Once the Master has merged with All That Is in the sixth dimension, he can decide to re-emerge in the form of his choice and join the Community of Light in the seventh dimension. When he reaches the seventh dimension, he has many alternatives. He may choose to serve the Earth and humanity or work with other planetary worlds and realms other than Earth. He has the opportunity to incarnate in many different forms of his Hierarchy and change his appearance to look the way he wishes. He can at any time decide to incarnate as wind, rain, plant, bird, beast or fish. This change of form always occurs with the permission of all concerned. He can also become a Ray Being, one of the possible incarnations of his Universal Self.
Eighth Dimension: Angelic Worlds
The dimension contains the highest starry heavens, the sphere of angels. This is where densities and levels of awareness begin to merge with dimensions. The higher and higher we rise in the spiritual universe, the less and less words mean. In the celestial spheres the concept of levels and dimensions also loses its meaning. The concept of spiritual Hierarchies may be useful on Earth, but here everything simply IS. However, within the IS resides great variety and depth. Colors incomprehensible to the mind pulsate, merge and play in the ocean of Divine Love, Power and Wisdom. Angels soar in oceans of stars, creating rainbows and dazzling columns of light.
The old-fashioned image of Heaven, where angels play harps and sit on clouds, is just a tiny fragment of the whole picture, one man's boring dream. The reality of Heaven quickly dispels any feeling of boredom. Everything shines and sparkles with newness, and much can be done. Abundance is limitless and immediately available in every form imaginable.
Above the eighth dimension are the worlds of palaces, the habitats of the Eternal Ones - beings of light merged with Divinity.
Ninth Dimension: Divine Worlds
The ninth dimension is where enlightened masters live. The energy of this sphere is directly related to Christ. It is here that powerful archangels live - huge beings of light, intelligently and wisely overseeing the lower worlds.
Tenth Dimension: Paradise Worlds
The tenth dimension is the sphere of the Creator Gods and the heavenly worlds, which are spoken of in ancient scriptures. The energy of this sphere is associated with the Heavenly Father and the Divine Mother. This is the realm of universal birth and creation, the womb of Divinity in which everything begins in eternal newness.
Eleventh Dimension: Divinity
The eleventh dimension includes Divinity. It is the sphere of the Great Central Sun of the Universe and exists in a state of timelessness. You can get here only with the help of a calm mind, in a state of absence of thought and time. When everything becomes One, there is no one to perceive it, as we become everything we have ever experienced. We have become the Universe. The universe is us. We are God.
Twelfth Dimension: The Great Mystery
Above the eleventh dimension lies the Great Mystery. The twelfth dimension is Tao, the unknown, the great emptiness, the unknowable, the Source. It's all and nothing. This is the beginning and the end, Alpha and Omega. In the twelfth dimension everything is renewed at every moment. This world exists without limitation by time and thought. It conveys understanding, freedom that cannot be bought, and love that cannot be comprehended or understood. Completely outside of time and space, the twelfth dimension is destined to remain forever unknown.
The twelfth dimension is a passage to other universes, universes that will never be known by our Universe, universes with completely different laws and principles, and completely different gods. Worlds cannot go higher than this position. Therefore, this is the end of our exploration of the infinite Universe.
Levels of higher dimensions
When talking about moving up into another dimension, the thought of moving up does not mean going up vertically. Nor does it mean upward changes in awareness.
All levels of measurements merge with each other and represent a kind of quantum soup. There are higher dimensions above, below, around, inside and generally all around. But most people are still only tuned into 3D/4D worlds.
Since there are no clear boundaries between dimensions and they are all immediately here and now, the question arises: how is it possible to see or feel higher dimensions? The answer is simple, you need to tune in to them. It's like a radio. If you are listening to a certain station and want to listen to another, you need to change the frequency.
The channels of this block help you tune into your chosen dimension, experience expansions of consciousness, or gain a certain spiritual experience in the best way for you.
What does using channels give?
You are filled with the power of unconditional love, which opens up access to the highest levels of dimensions from the fifth to the twelfth.

As mentioned above, the biggest problem for theoretical physicists is how to combine all 4 fundamental interactions (gravitational, electromagnetic, weak (radioactive) and strong (nuclear)) into a single “Theory of Everything” (The Theory of Quantum Gravity). String theory (TS) may well lay claim to the role of this theory, since it is capable of describing all these interactions. However, such universality comes at the cost of complexity and some clumsiness of the theory - it is necessary to work in a 10-dimensional space of time, in which there are 9 spatial and 1 time dimensions. If there are more or less dimensions (and physicists and mathematicians tried everything, starting with 4x)), mathematicians will no longer be able to help in the justification - mathematical equations will give irrational results that go to infinity.
The next stage of development of the TS (M-theory) has already counted 11 dimensions. But the mathematical apparatus that mathematicians tried to fit to this number was again unconvincing. And then the F-theory arose, it already describes 12 dimensions with simpler equations... To be continued). To understand the basic idea of the TS, you first need to delve a little into the essence of its closest competitor - the standard model. The SM assumes that matter and interactions are described by a certain set of particles, which can be divided into the following groups: quarks, leptons, bosons. The difference between the TS is that its basis is not particles, but ultramicroscopic quantum strings that vibrate. Moreover, different oscillation modes (and therefore different oscillation frequencies) correspond to different particles of the standard model (since all particles in the SM have different energies). It is important to understand here that the string does not represent any matter, but is essentially energy, and therefore the TS seems to hint that everything that exists consists of energy.
The simplest, although perhaps not very successful, analogy that I can come up with for clarity is fire: when you look at it, it seems that it is material, seemingly like an object that you can touch, but in reality it is just energy , which cannot be touched. Only, unlike fire, you cannot pass your hand through a string or strings, since a vibrating string is, as it were, an excited state of space that becomes tangible.

One of the reasons why we cannot observe the remaining dimensions - localization - is that the additional dimensions are not so small, but for a number of reasons, all the particles of our world are localized on a four-dimensional sheet in a multidimensional universe (multiverse) and cannot leave it. The only way to detect the presence of extra dimensions is gravity. Gravity, being the result of the curvature of space-time, is not localized on the brane, and therefore gravitons and microscopic black holes can escape outward. In the observable world, such a process would look like a sudden disappearance of energy and momentum carried away by these objects.
And here, as often happens in physics, a standard problem arises: TS needs experimental verification, but none of the versions of the theory gives unambiguous predictions that could be verified in a critical experiment. Thus, TS is still in its “infancy”: it has many attractive mathematical features and can become extremely important in understanding the structure of the Universe, but further development is required in order to accept or reject it. Since TS will likely not be testable in the foreseeable future due to technological limitations, some scientists question whether the theory deserves scientific status, as they believe it does not meet Popper's criterion (non-falsifiability).
Of course, this in itself is not a reason to consider the TS incorrect. Often new theoretical constructs go through a stage of uncertainty before being accepted or rejected based on comparison with experimental results (for example, Maxwell's equations). Therefore, in the case of TS, either the development of the theory itself, that is, methods of calculation and drawing conclusions, or the development of experimental science to study previously inaccessible quantities is required.
By the way, TS also makes it possible to detect microscopic “black holes,” many of the consequences of TS were predicted by Stephen Hawking.
My opinion is that this theory has enormous potential, and I am close to the idea that everything in the world “sounds,” incl. and ourselves. Putting it all together
Comparison of models
We looked at several models of realities, each of which has its own shortcomings and limitations. Perhaps some models caused a reaction: “Yes! That’s how I see it, but I couldn’t put it all together.” Others cause more confusion and doubt: “I don’t know what he’s saying. I'm lost in the fourth dimension."
To put the puzzle pieces together, you need to compare models and find common ground.
Communication between models
To understand life, different points of view must be brought together into a single whole. So far I have offered puzzle pieces that traditionally explain how the universe works. But how to tie them together? And what practical significance does this have in everyday life?
Over many years of personal growth, I have observed people having difficulty aligning different levels and dimensions with each other. And I found a very simple key to understanding.
Throughout this book you will notice frequent references to “selective” and “non-selective” awareness. I am now going to expand this concept to include “limited” and “expanded” awareness. Limited awareness means focusing on one dimension at a time. Expanded or simultaneous awareness is the ability to be aware interdimensionally.
Limited Awareness
For most people, the concept of enlightenment involves a shift in the focus of awareness from lower densities to higher densities. This shift in focus creates a vibrational shift within the soul. In other words, you become what you focus on. For example, if you focus awareness on third density, you become a third density being. If you shift your awareness to the archangelic realm (ninth density), you gradually become an archangel (or equal). However, you have to start where you are. The problem is that many beings try to take shortcuts by focusing on higher densities while denying others. The soul has a multidimensional nature. We all exist on many levels at the same time. By focusing on only one or two levels, we deny (exclude) the other levels. This creates a split or fragmentation of the Self.
You can see the splitting caused by limited awareness of the world. Basically, b O The majority of humanity is divided into two camps: those who focus on the material (lower densities) to the exclusion of the spiritual (higher densities), and those who focus on the spiritual (higher) to the exclusion of the physical (lower).
Religions have taught us to limit our awareness to higher densities. The split is aggravated by maxims like “the world is an illusion.” Many supporters of the movement New Era rebelled against traditional society, condemning it as wrong, bad or undesirable. Although, in fact, true rebellion must be directed against limited awareness. The problem with materialistic thinking is not materiality itself. This is denying the spiritual and focusing only on material comfort.
So, limited awareness is the practice of focusing narrowly and moving it up and down the density scale, similar to a moving part that works on the principle of sliding.
Gradually the soul develops enough to move up and down the density scale, like an elevator, by focusing awareness alone. Such a being can take on the body of literally any life form of any level or dimension. But all this is inaccessible until the soul has cleared all the judgments and negations inherent in each level of density. At present, few human beings have completely cleared the third and fourth density levels. And while we cleanse them, we should accept our “base” nature and be aware of the dynamics of the “basic” levels.
Expanded Awareness
Expanded awareness is the ability to include more and more levels of reality into one's overall perception. Instead of moving along the spectrum to the right or left, we expand the width of perception in both directions. If we are spiritually oriented, we stop denying the material world and begin to become more aware of it. If you are materially focused, you discover your spiritual nature. Expanded awareness is the process of true awakening. By ceasing to deny parts of ourselves, we awaken to multidimensionality. Then at any time you can move effortlessly into any reality you choose. One day you're wearing a business suit and attending a shareholder meeting, another day you're meditating on a mountaintop. True mastery does not lie in living in twelfth density somewhere in the southern part of the galaxy. True mastery is the ability to embrace all levels and dimensions of life.
Before we continue, I want to go back and look at a different approach to limited and expanded awareness. If you have already grasped the concept, please be patient. This understanding is so important that I cannot help but devote enough time to it.
Evolutionary process
Soul Experience
At any given moment, the soul's experience consists of all experiences in every density, dimension, and level of awareness. The evolution of the soul often represents the entry (immersion of consciousness) into a dimension (usually the third dimension) and the gradual expansion of awareness to include multiple dimensions.
Development through densities and dimensions
To reiterate, “density” refers to the actual vibrational state of your conscious awareness, and “dimension” is the sphere in which you vibrate. We exist in all twelve densities at the same time, but it is our level of awareness that determines in which density we will reside and in which dimension we vibrate. For example, if we initially focused on the physical body, we will vibrate in third density. At the same time, we exist in the fifth dimension and have a fifth density light body, a template. But because we have not focused our awareness on it, it is not manifested to us.
We cannot use the words "density" and "dimension" interchangeably, because focusing on the third dimension does not mean that we have suddenly decreased from twelve dimensions to three. We'll just have a three-dimensional shape. Therefore, we can say: we are twelve-dimensional entities vibrating in third density. Figure 11.1 shows another way to think about multidimensionality.
Figure 11.1 demonstrates this: Ultimately, we all exist in every dimension at the same time, but our level of awareness determines what form (density) we will explore. At any given moment, our density (vibration) is a mixture of our overall awareness. You become what you focus on. Today, many souls on Earth have chosen to focus on third and fourth dimensional aspects, hence we have incarnated in third and fourth density bodies.
For example, if our awareness is focused 20% in the third dimension, 60% in the fourth dimension, and 20% in the fifth dimension, we will be a fourth density being.
In the past, souls moved across the spectrum of light from left to right, gradually entering finer (higher) densities and usually exploring one density at a time. Development from left to right along the density spectrum is considered “normal” evolution. B O The majority of souls on Earth are now evolving from animals/lower humans into higher fourth density humans.
However, once the soul develops to a high enough density, it gains the ability to move along the spectrum from right to left. Therefore, to broaden the experience, the soul may choose to explore a lower density again. A soul with full Christ consciousness can move up and down the density scale at will.
(Note: In the method of determining densities, I do not include experiences that souls receive in the astral spheres between physical incarnations.)
As we have repeated, souls can exist in any density simply by choosing to focus awareness on a specific level. For example, a person can project consciousness into a rock and explore first density.
In Chapter 2, Figure 2.7, we saw that evolution moves from lower to higher densities, with each life form gradually increasing in vibration until it reaches a certain point. Then there is a mutation or quantum shift to the next density. The moment when a quantum shift begins is called critical mass. The evolutionary process occurs consciously until a critical mass is reached. At this point the process becomes automatic and the life forms are suddenly in the next density.
In reality, the process is a little more complicated because certain aspects of the soul tend to grow faster than others. For example, the mind can already accommodate fourth density ideas while the rest of the soul is still vibrating in third density. The best way to visualize the quantum shift is to think of the soul as a rubber band. As he or she begins to stretch to higher densities, tension develops between the parts stretching faster and the parts stretching slower. If the front portion moves too quickly, the tape breaks and the soul "fragments" (that is, one part goes into higher densities and the other remains behind in lower densities). The most common way this happens is through physical death.
However, if the soul is conscious enough to hold all the parts of the self together, the rubber band becomes like a ball suspended by a rubber band. As the soul is stretched more and more into higher densities, gradually the lower density parts are pulled up enough to suddenly join the rest of the soul. This can be visualized by holding and stretching a rubber band. The right hand represents higher densities and the left hand represents lower densities. Extend your arms until the band is very stretched. And then move along with your left hand.
A quantum shift or rubber band snap can sometimes be traumatic, and this explains the phenomenon of “instant” enlightenment. It is no coincidence that sudden awakening often occurs immediately after a traumatic event, such as a near-death experience.
The process of evolution can also be illustrated in the microscopic world. At the atomic level, a quantum jump between densities occurs when the electrons of a given element are sufficiently excited (reach significant energy) to “jump” to the next atomic shell, thereby changing the nature of the substance.
Another analogy involves Einstein's Theory of Relativity. When an object approaches the speed of light, at some point (maybe 0.9999 times the speed of light) it reaches critical mass and “jumps” into the stream of light. Although this theory has some inaccuracies, it is true that at such speeds time and space are no longer linear. In this example, 0.9999 times the speed of light is still infinitely slower than the speed of light, although linearly it is only 0.0001 times slower. However, between 0.9999 and 1.0000 linear acceleration is not possible. Jumping into the stream of light requires a quantum shift. (You can imagine a picture of two trains. One is moving at 0.9999 times the speed of light, the other at the speed of light. To an observer on the first train, the second train is moving at the speed of light, although linear thinking would argue that the second train should be crawling after the first one at a speed 0.0001 times faster.)

13. Basic elements of the measurement process.
Measurement- a complex process that includes the interaction of a number of its structural elements. These include: the measuring task, the object of measurement, the principle, method and means of measurement and its model, measurement conditions, subject of measurement, result and measurement error.
Task (goal) of any measurement is to determine the value of the selected (measured) PV with the required accuracy under given conditions. The measurement task is set by the subject of measurement – a person. When setting a problem, the measurement object is specified, the measured PV is identified in it, and the required measurement error is determined (set).
Object of measurement- this is a real physical object, the properties of which are characterized by one or more measured PVs. It has many properties and is in multilateral and complex relationships with other objects. Subject of measurement- a person is fundamentally unable to imagine the entire object, in all the diversity of its properties and connections. As a result, interaction between a subject and an object is possible only on the basis of a mathematical model of the object. Mathematical model of the measurement object- this is a set of mathematical symbols (images) and relationships between them, which adequately describes the properties of the measurement object that are of interest to the subject. A mathematical model is built before the measurement is performed in accordance with the problem being solved on the basis of a priori information. A priori information - information about the measurement object known before the measurement.
Measured quantity is the PV to be determined in accordance with the measurement task.
Measurement information, i.e. information about the values of the measured PV is contained in the measuring signal. Measuring signal is a signal containing quantitative information about the measured EF. It is supplied to the SI input, with the help of which it is converted into an output signal that has a form convenient either for direct perception by a person (the subject of measurement), or for subsequent processing and transmission.
Measuring principle- a set of physical principles on which measurements are based.
Method of measurement- this is a technique or a set of techniques for comparing the measured PV with its unit in accordance with the implemented measurement principle. The measurement method should, if possible, have a minimum error and help eliminate systematic errors or transfer them to the category of random.
The measurement method is implemented in measuring instrument- a technical means used for measurements and having standardized metrological properties (GOST 16263-70). Metrological characteristics- these are characteristics of the properties of measuring instruments that influence the measurement result and its errors and are intended to assess the technical level and quality of measuring instruments, as well as determine the measurement results and calculate the characteristics of the instrumental component of the measurement error.
In the measurement process, they play an important role measurement conditions - a set of influencing quantities that describe the state of the environment and measuring instruments. Influential quantity- this is a physical quantity that is not measured by this SI, but influences its results. There are normal, operating and limiting measurement conditions. The ultimate goal of any measurement is its result- PV value obtained by measuring it. The quality of the measurement result is assessed, i.e. accuracy, reliability, correctness, convergence, reproducibility and the size of permissible errors.

In physics, our world is frequency oscillations in a certain wave range. In psychology, it is expressed by the qualities of a dual perception of the world (Dvaita: good and bad, good and evil). From the point of view of Yoga, the characteristics of the previous world are associated with the primacy of the Vishuddha chakra, the fifth of the seven (karma, cause and effect, choice). At the genetic level, a person has an active certain number of DNA codon combinations that set the program for abilities and capabilities.
The New Reality is in the Fourth Dimension, in a more subtle wave range associated with the sixth Ajna Chakra, with the non-dual perception of Advaita, which is activated in humanity. It is characterized by access to the third level of consciousness and the inclusion of two additional DNA combinations, i.e. the emergence of “superpowers” and the emergence of the Sixth Race on planet Earth. This is called the entry into the Golden Age of Satya Yuga.
What is the Fourth Dimension?
Short. Have you ever listened to the radio? There are 5 different wave bands: Long Wave (LW), Medium Wave (MW), Short Wave (HF) and 2 levels of Ultra Short Wave (VHF, known to us as fm). When you chat on forums, email, talk on a cell phone, or just think about someone, you don't feel the distance from the other person. It's right here. Worlds inhabited by living beings will not overnight find themselves in the Fourth Dimension. This process is extended over time. The active phase began with the reset of previous programs. This does not mean that the old programs have been completely erased. We simply couldn't stand it! Ascension Syndrome
