  • flour - 125 g;
  • semolina - 115 g;
  • butter - 95 g;
  • sugar - 135 g;

Preparation

The preparation scheme is similar to an ordinary sponge cake, the only difference is the proportions. Turn soft butter and sugar into cream, add the yolks to it, and after beating again, add the zest. Start alternately adding semolina and flour with baking powder to the oil mixture, pour in yogurt. Separately, turn the egg whites into foam. Gently mix the foam into the prepared dough and spread into the pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 180.

Ingredients:

  • butter - 55 g;
  • sugar - 85 g;
  • - 75 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • yogurt - 75 ml;
  • flour - 155 g;
  • a pinch of baking powder;

Preparation

Prepare a mixture of dry ingredients - flour and baking powder. Beat the first three ingredients together with the egg until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour yogurt into it, continuing to whisk. How to cook:

  • Beat all ingredients in a blender, adding 375 grams of flour a little at a time. The dough will be thick, like pancakes. Add a little soda for airiness and 3 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil;
  • Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, pour in a little batter, fry on both sides like classic pancakes. Serve with various sweet sauces, condensed milk, honey.

The same dough is used for baking pancakes, but the dough should be a little thicker and be sure to fry in a hot frying pan with oil.

In a bowl of sufficient depth, mix the ingredients for the dough:

  • stale yogurt - 1 glass;
  • cherry jam - 1 glass;
  • soda - 1 spoon.


How to cook:

  • 375 grams of yogurt;

  • 250 grams of sugar;
  • 3 grams of baking powder (if this is not available, add soda or 20 grams of fresh lemon juice).


How to cook:

  • Divide the mixed dough into a couple of parts. Place 50 grams or 75 grams of cocoa into one of the parts (the more, the more chocolatey it will be);
  • Place the parchment in the mold, coat with butter, alternately placing a tablespoon of chocolate and white dough (for speed, you can increase the number of spoons);
  • When the dough is finished, place the dough in the pan in the oven for 30 or 40 minutes to bake;
  • If desired, grease the prepared pie with any glaze or cut it into two parts to soak in cream or any other sweet sauce;
  • Serve on the table.

Lost yoghurt is the perfect base for a great sponge cake.

Mix in a bowl:

  • cocoa - 1 glass;
  • baking powder - 10 grams;
  • flour - 300 grams;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 7 grams of soda;
  • sugar - 250 grams.


Mix separately:

  • 250 grams of yogurt with 3 eggs and half a glass of vegetable oil;
  • beat with a mixer until completely mixed;
  • Pour the second mixture into the first, stir thoroughly.
  • Place the parchment in a baking dish, coat it with any oil, place the prepared dough on it and bake in the oven until done;
  • Check the readiness of the pie using a toothpick or wooden stick.

Prepare the cream:

  • Boil 1 glass of milk (fresh), sugar - 120 grams, a pinch of vanillin (or replace with a vanilla stick). Separately, beat milk (fresh) - 1 glass, flour - 4 spoons, 1 egg;
  • Pour the whipped milk with flour and egg into the milk, which is boiling, turn the heat to low and simmer until the mass thickens;

What you will need:

  • egg whites - 7 pcs.;
  • the finest sugar - 0.4 kg;
  • salt;
  • vanilla - stick;
  • cream 38% - 0.2 l;
  • yogurt - 0.2 l;
  • peaches - 4 pcs.;
  • pink petals - to taste.

What to do:

  1. Take 6 egg whites and 0.3 kg of fine sugar, beat them with a mixer or blender, adding 1 g of soda, until hard peaks form.
  2. Transfer to a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment in the form of two round cakes.
  3. Bake in the oven at 120°C for exactly one hour.
  4. To prepare the cream, you need to beat the yolks with 0.05 kg of sugar, add yogurt and vanilla seeds, stir.
  5. Beat 1 egg white with a mixer with the remaining granulated sugar.
  6. Disassemble the pink buds. Coat petal by petal with beaten egg white. It is more convenient to do this with a brush. After the petal is coated, dip it in granulated sugar and carefully place a frying sheet lined with parchment. Place the petals in the oven. Keep there for 5 minutes at 120°C.
  7. Wash the peaches. Eliminate the pit. Cut into slices.

What you will need:

  • natural yogurt - 0.5 l;
  • condensed milk - 0.38 l;

  • gelatin - 0.02 kg;
  • peach yogurt - 0.4 kg;

  • peach juice (from a can) - 0.1 l.

Jelly decor:

  • instant gelatin - 0.01 kg;
  • multivitamin juice - 0.4 l;
  • coconut flakes.

What to do:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Take a detachable round mold. Coat it with margarine. Remove the yogurt from the refrigerator in advance so that it reaches room temperature.
  3. Sift the flour. Mix it with potato starch. Add baking powder to them and sift again.
  4. Break the eggs into a separate bowl. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat with a mixer until white foam.
  5. Gently combine with flour and transfer the dough to a baking pan. Prepare a medium-thick cake.
  6. Dissolve gelatin in highly heated juice, stirring constantly.
  7. Mix yogurt with sugar.
  8. Wait until the juice with gelatin cools completely, pour it in a thin stream into the yogurt. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for a short time.
  9. Remove the peaches from the jar and allow the remaining juice to drain. Cut into medium sized cubes.
  10. Using a mixer, beat the cream into a thick, stable foam.
  11. Separately, beat the egg white with a couple of drops of lemon juice until fluffy.
  12. When the yogurt begins to set, remove it from the refrigerator. Take a mixer and beat it at medium speed so that there are no lumps.
  13. Next, continuously stirring the yogurt, add whipped cream. Then, again, stirring continuously, add the beaten egg white. Finally, add the peaches.
  14. Place the finished cake on a dish, ring it with a baking pan ring, and close the latch.
  15. Carefully move the cream onto the surface of the cake and smooth it out.
  16. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  17. Prepare sauce from juice. Heat the juice until it is very hot, but not boiling. Dissolve gelatin in it and cool.
  18. Pour the sauce onto the surface of the cake.
  19. Place the finished cake in the refrigerator overnight.

You can decorate with coconut shavings and fruits.

What you will need:

  • instant yeast - 0.011 kg;
  • wheat flour - 0.33 kg;
  • sea ​​salt - 0.003 kg;
  • warm water - 0.1 l;
  • honey - 0.015 kg;

What to do:

Combine two glasses of yogurt, two eggs, three tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt, beat in a blender, gradually add one and a half glasses of flour (you may need a little more). The dough will be thick, so the pancakes may look more like the American version - pancakes. Pour a pinch of soda into the mixture for fluffiness and add three tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil.

Heat a frying pan with a spoonful of oil, pour in a small amount of batter and fry on both sides, like regular pancakes. Serve with any tops, jam, honey or condensed milk.

Chocolate cupcake and expired yogurt

In a bowl, combine one and a half glasses of yogurt, two glasses of flour, three eggs, a glass of sugar, a spoonful of baking powder (if you don’t have it, baking soda or a spoonful of lemon juice will do). Divide the finished dough into two parts, add 2-3 tablespoons of cocoa into one (depending on your love for chocolate baked goods).

We cover the form with parchment, grease it with butter and lay out a spoonful of one dough, then another (you can do two at a time to make it faster). When all the dough has been used, put the pan in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. If you want, drizzle the finished pie with chocolate glaze or cut it lengthwise and soak it in cream or condensed milk/jam. Let's serve. Another name for this pie is “Zebra”.

Excellent cherry pie made from stale yogurt

In a deep bowl, combine the ingredients for the dough - a glass of expired yogurt, a glass of jam (any kind), in this case cherry, and a spoonful of soda. Let it sit for 10-14 minutes, then add two eggs, beaten with a fork, sugar to your taste (note that the jam is quite sweet), a glass of chopped nuts (again, optional) and flour. Add enough of it so that the dough resembles thick sour cream, stir everything thoroughly.

We cover the form with parchment, be sure to grease it with butter or margarine and pour out the dough. We cook for about an hour, maybe a little more. It is best to check readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.

When the pie has cooled a little, you can top it with whipped cream or sour cream.

Expired yogurt is the basis of a delicious sponge cake

Combine a glass of cocoa, half a spoon of baking powder, 300 grams of flour, a whisper of salt and a spoon of soda. Add sugar to them in the amount of a glass. Separately, use a mixer to bring a glass of yogurt, three eggs and half a glass of vegetable oil until smooth. Combine both mixtures and mix well. Pour the dough onto a greased parchment tin or sheet and place in the oven until completely baked. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

To make the biscuit even tastier, prepare the cream. Boil one and a half glasses of milk (fresh) with 120 grams of sugar and a pinch of vanillin (you can even put a vanilla stick, the smell will be delicious). Beat another glass of fresh milk with 4 tablespoons of flour and one egg. Carefully pour the finished mixture into boiling milk (over low heat) and boil until the mixture thickens.

Cut the finished and slightly cooled sponge cake along the edges (so that the cake has an even shape), cut it lengthwise and grease it well with cream, cover the halves, grease the top. You can chop the sponge cake scraps with a knife or your hands and put them on top of the cake, filling them with cream again. Coat the sides and let soak for 60 minutes. If you like fruits or berries, you can put them between the cakes, it will turn out even tastier and more original.

Sometimes you really want to move a little away from the dishes we know and are accustomed to, to cook something new and unusual. In this case, regular yogurt will help us. It gives baked goods tenderness, softness and extraordinary airiness! So, what can you make from yogurt?

Recipe for manna with yogurt

Ingredients:

  • yogurt – 500 ml;
  • semolina – 300 g;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • butter – 150 g;
  • soda – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • egg – 3 pcs.;
  • chocolate candies – 100 g;
  • lemon – 1 pc.

Preparation

Pour semolina with yogurt and leave to swell for 2 hours. Take the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and put the whites in the refrigerator. Grind the yolks thoroughly with sugar, add melted butter, slaked soda with vinegar and semolina with yogurt. Beat the chilled egg whites with sugar and carefully fold them into the dough. Grease the baking dish with oil, pour out exactly half of the dough, lay out 50 g of sweets and pour the remaining dough on top. Bake in a well-heated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. While the manna is preparing, let's make the cream. To do this, melt the candies with butter over low heat, add lemon zest, lemon juice and bring the mixture to a boil. We make cuts in the finished manna and pour the prepared caramel over it. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cake and serve.
