The secret of this dessert dish is brilliantly simple - instead of the usual kefir, add any drinking yogurt to the dough and you will be surprised at the amazing result!

Visually, the dessert is no different from what we are used to, however, already during the tasting, a rich fruity taste will appear. By the way, using ingenuity, you can get this dish in a new version every time, using yoghurts with various additives.

Ingredients:

  • fruit drinking yogurt - 350 ml;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • flour - about 300 g;
  • baking soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt - ½ teaspoon;
  • sugar - 3-4 tbsp. spoons (or to taste);
  • sunflower oil- 5 tbsp. spoons into the dough (+ 2-3 tablespoons for frying).

How to make pancakes using drinking yogurt

  1. Pour liquid drinking yogurt into a deep bowl. In this case, you can use dairy product with any taste, homogeneous or even with pieces of fruit - it will be tasty and interesting! Add eggs and sugar to yogurt.
  2. Stir the mixture until smooth, then pour in the oil and at the same time add salt and baking soda. Continue mixing the ingredients with a whisk.
  3. After sifting, add flour in parts. We work with a whisk until a smooth and homogeneous composition is obtained.
    As a result, the dough should turn out moderately thick and dense, because our pancakes will be fluffy.
  4. Now let's start the baking process. Heat the frying pan thoroughly with sunflower oil, scoop out the dough with a tablespoon and place it on a hot surface in the form of small “islands.” We fry the pancakes on yogurt traditionally: let it sit for a minute and a half over moderate heat.
  5. As soon as the bottom side is browned, turn the pancakes over and keep them on the hot surface for another 30-40 seconds. Prepare the next batch in the same way. If necessary, add a little oil.
  6. You can serve fluffy pancakes on yogurt immediately, adding sour cream, jam or, for example, honey. You can decorate the dessert dish with berries or mint leaves.

Delicious and original fluffy yoghurt pancakes are ready! Let's start tasting! Bon appetit!

Today my little daughter ordered pancakes for breakfast. Getting ready to place the order, I went to the kitchen and remembered that I had no milk in the refrigerator.
Looking into the refrigerator, hoping for inspiration, I simultaneously took out drinking yogurt to warm myself up. Yogurt was bought for a child. My daughter didn’t drink it, and I’m not a fan either. The product's expiration date just passed today. That's when it dawned on me...

Having collected all the funfuriki in a pile, I decided that I would bake pancakes rather than pancakes.
So...

Pour the yogurt into a deep container. At the very beginning, I did not give the number of ingredients, because it all depends on the amount of starting products and your taste preferences.
I immediately add soda to the yogurt. Not baking powder and baking powder, but baking soda. I checked with the first ones - the pancakes will not rise.

In yogurt, soda immediately reacts and disappears without a trace.

Then add flour and knead the dough, breaking up any lumps. No eggs. To taste, add only sugar and a pinch of salt so that the pancakes do not seem bland.
The dough should turn out like thin sour cream.

Preheat the pan in advance. Pour in vegetable oil. I fry on high oleic. It has a higher boiling point than regular oil and does not form harmful substances when heated. The reviews link contains my review of the oil. Anyone interested can read it.

It’s better not to skimp on oil. If you fry pancakes in a “dry” frying pan, they will not be fluffy enough. Success is not only in baking soda, but also in sufficient amounts of deep frying.
Fry on both sides over medium heat.

These are the kind of crumpets you get. And the recipe is quite simple.

I used multi-fruit yogurt, so the pancakes turned out with a light aroma of tropical fruits.

You can use yogurt according to your taste.
Pancakes are such a versatile dish. They can be eaten as a separate dish, or can be used for dessert with tea.
In addition, you can experiment endlessly with pancakes. What I like most is that the pancakes are made from practically nothing. Even from leftover food you can make such pancakes that you will lick your fingers.
I was baking

This simple recipe for fluffy yogurt pancakes will appeal to all lovers of a hearty snack. Confectionery they turn out light and fluffy, slightly sweet, but not too much, which allows you to ultimately dip them in aromatic honey or your favorite jam!

To prepare pancakes, it is not necessary to take fresh fermented milk product. Expired yogurt is also allowed, but not more than 2-3 days. Important condition: if the packaging with the component is swollen, then it is not recommended to use such a product even in baking. For example, from sour yogurt without additives you can make delicious unsweetened pancakes with green onions and dill. This option is served with fresh sour cream or other sauces.

It is also important to pay attention to the frying pan. It needs to be warmed up well on the stove, on low heat, while the dough is kneading. Then be sure to pour oil and wait for it to warm up. Otherwise, the pancakes will absorb all the fat and their taste will differ from the usual one. Always spray the pan with oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking, even in non-stick pans.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt - 200 ml;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Wheat flour - 200 g;
  • Salt - 1 tsp;
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp;
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • Sunflower oil (in dough) - 1 tbsp;
  • Oil for frying.

How to make fluffy pancakes with yogurt

For preparation we use classic drinking yogurt without flavoring additives. It tastes sour. If desired, you can also take a fruit drink. Pour into a deep container. Add soda, stir and leave for 5-7 minutes so that the baking powder reacts with the fermented milk product.

Add salt and granulated sugar. The amount of the last component can be adjusted depending on taste preferences. And also replace it with honey or condensed milk. Stir until the grains dissolve. If desired, the dough can be flavored by adding a pinch of vanilla or a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Break the chicken eggs. Take a whisk and mix thoroughly.

Add wheat flour, after sifting it. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps.

Pour in odorless sunflower oil and stir until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Heat the frying pan by greasing it vegetable oil. Lay out the dough in small portions. Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides. It is better to cook on low heat so that the yogurt pancakes are cooked inside. You can cover it with a lid.

Place the finished products on a napkin to absorb excess oil. And you can immediately treat your family.

Serve fluffy yogurt pancakes with your favorite jam, fragrant honey, condensed milk, as well as fresh berries or fruits. Enjoy your tea!

  • You shouldn't add a lot of sugar to the dough. The sweet component is needed only to give the flatbreads a beautiful and golden brown crust. If you add a lot of sugar, the pancakes will burn and the inside will not be baked.
  • For those with a sweet tooth, it is recommended to pour melted flower honey over simple, hot pancakes. They will be not only sweet, but also aromatic.
  • You can also make healthy pancakes. To do this, wheat flour must be replaced with chopped oatmeal or buckwheat.

Lush and rosy pancakes have always been considered an excellent option for a family breakfast. They are prepared so simply and quickly that within thirty minutes after the start of the process they can be served. The dough for them is kneaded using the same technology, but from a different set of products. They are often made with kefir, yogurt or fermented baked milk. But they turn out to be especially tender and fragrant. Today’s article will discuss the simplest and interesting recipes this dish.

Important nuances

To pamper your family with a hearty breakfast, you need to use only fresh and quality products. Since foreign impurities sometimes spoil the taste of the finished dish, it is advisable to add only natural yogurt to the dough.

If the recipe calls for the use of yeast or baking powder, then it is very important not to overdo it with the amount. An excess of these ingredients can negatively affect the taste of the finished dish.

Before pouring Greek yogurt into the dough, you should carefully study its composition. The product often turns out to be too acidic, so it is advisable to change its quantity downward.

It is very important to make sure in advance that you have all the necessary products at hand at the right time. Otherwise, you are unlikely to get tasty yogurt pancakes. Without eggs, flour and other ingredients, you simply cannot knead the correct dough. It should have a fairly thick consistency. A perfectly prepared dough will either drip slowly or fall off the spoon in a lump.

Classic version

Fluffy pancakes prepared according to the recipe below turn out very tasty and tender. Their structure is very similar to a biscuit. To make flavorful yogurt pancakes, you should make sure in advance that you have everything you need on hand. To prepare the dough you will need:

  • 350 grams of natural yogurt;
  • 3 teaspoons sugar;
  • 300 grams of flour;
  • 3 fresh chicken eggs;
  • a teaspoon of baking powder and baking soda.

Plus, you need to stock up on a small amount of salt and vegetable oil for frying.

Algorithm of actions

To prepare this dish, it is advisable to use homemade yogurt, which does not contain any foreign additives. It's okay if it's slightly sour. Add eggs, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar to a bowl of yogurt. Whisk everything thoroughly until the bulk ingredients dissolve. Add pre-sifted flour little by little to the resulting liquid, remembering to stir constantly. The resulting homogeneous dough without lumps is briefly put aside.

In just ten minutes you can start baking pancakes with yogurt. Lush little pancakes are placed with a large spoon on a hot frying pan, generously greased with vegetable oil, and fried on both sides until a beautiful golden hue appears. The browned pancakes are removed from the heat, placed on a plate and served. This delicacy is eaten warm or hot. If desired, the finished pancakes can be topped with sour cream, condensed milk, sweet syrup or melted chocolate.

Option with cinnamon and apples

Using this recipe, you can quickly and easily prepare a delicious and nutritious breakfast for the whole family. Fragrant apple pancakes with yogurt will surely appeal not only to adults, but also to kids. To bake this tender and airy delicacy, you need to check in advance whether you have everything you need in the kitchen. In this case, the test includes:

  • a teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • 250 milliliters of natural yogurt;
  • a pair of chicken eggs;
  • teaspoon of soda;.
  • a couple of full glasses wheat flour;
  • tablespoon 9% vinegar;
  • large ripe apple;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar.

In addition, you can add a little nutmeg, vanillin or cardamom to the dough from which yoghurt pancakes will be baked. Thanks to the presence of these ingredients, the finished dish will acquire a pleasant aroma.

Process Description

First of all, you should deal with the flour. It is sifted through a sieve so that it is enriched with oxygen and cleared of foreign impurities. Thanks to these simple manipulations, the yogurt pancakes, the recipe for which is presented in today’s article, will be more tender and fluffy. After this, ground cinnamon and other spices are poured into the flour.

Then pour the yoghurt-egg mixture into a bowl with the bulk ingredients and beat thoroughly with a whisk until the lumps completely disappear. Sugar is added to the almost finished homogeneous dough, the amount of which is determined taking into account the acidity of the yogurt. Coarsely grated apple and soda slaked with vinegar are also sent there. Mix everything well and put it aside.

After about a quarter of an hour, you can bake pancakes from the loose, thick dough (with yogurt, fluffy, literally melting in your mouth!). Pancakes are fried in a heated frying pan, generously greased with vegetable oil, and served. If desired, they are topped with honey, jam, jam or sour cream.

three eggs;
two glasses of wheat flour;
tea spoon of soda;
half a teaspoon of salt;

For preparation, you can use yogurt with pieces of fruit - you get an interesting filling.

No added eggs

If you or your loved ones comply strict diet, you can prepare lean pancakes without adding eggs and using low-fat yogurt.

Ingredients:

Half a liter of liquid yogurt (low-fat, fitness yogurt);
two tbsp. spoons of sugar or sweetener;
salt - on the tip of the knife;
soda (one tsp);
two and a half glasses of flour (wheat).

Cooking method:

Yogurt at room temperature, or preferably slightly warm, is poured into a dry deep pan. Add sugar or replace it with an analogue, add salt and a spoonful of baking soda. Mix thoroughly, but not quickly. Add sifted flour, stirring all the time. Shake the dough until the sour cream thickens.
The pancakes are fried on each side until crispy in a well-heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Spoon the dough into small portioned flat cakes. Fry with the lid closed so that the oil does not splatter to the sides. Served with green tea to guests.

Advice. On one side, fry the pancakes in a frying pan under a closed lid, and after turning over, do not cover with a lid.

Fluffy pancakes made from fermented milk products

Don't know what to cook for breakfast? There is always some fermented milk product in the refrigerator. The dough based on it produces tall and incredibly airy pancakes, more like donuts. Take it into account.

Ingredients:

Half a liter of yogurt, kefir or sour milk;
half a kilogram of flour (wheat) - highest grade;
forty grams of granulated sugar;
egg (C1);
vanillin;
salt;
baking powder or baking soda.

Cooking method:

The fermented milk ingredient is heated without bringing to a boil! Break an egg into a deep bowl and pour in the main ingredient. Add salt, sugar and beat with light, slow movements with a fork (you can use a whisk). The sifted flour is mixed with vanilla sugar and baking powder (or soda) and gradually introduced into the dough. It should be quite thick. Since the sour ingredient in the dough gives the desired yeast effect, pancakes can be baked immediately without waiting for the dough to sit.
The main thing is a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Then the pancakes quickly fry and have time to become airy. Spread the dough with a small ladle or large tablespoon. Serve with whatever your heart desires - jam, sour cream, chocolate spread.

Advice. To ensure that the pancakes come out of the pan well, first fry the salt in it, remove it with a dry cloth, and then heat the pan again, greasing it with vegetable oil.

Cooking with drinking yoghurt

If you bought yourself a bottle of drinking yogurt, but did not drink it for some reason, there is a worthy use for it. Bake pancakes using yogurt dough.

Ingredients:

Two glasses of sifted wheat flour;
two eggs (chicken);
packaging of drinking yoghurt;
fifty grams of granulated sugar;
half a teaspoon each of table salt and baking soda;
a packet of vanillin;
sunflower oil.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat. Then add warm yogurt. Stir. Pour in sugar and gradually add flour. Gently whisk with a whisk so that no lumps remain. Add sand, salt, soda, add vanilla sugar. Mix well until the consistency of thick jam. Allow the dough to rest a little and gain air. Pancakes are fried over medium heat on both sides.

Advice. Prepare the dough for pancakes with a thick consistency: so that it does not spill out of the pan, but drips slowly.
To prevent the dough from becoming too thick, it is recommended to gradually introduce sifted flour so as not to overfill and break up lumps.

Yogurt pancakes with yeast

If you have a packet of dry yeast and a package of yogurt, you can bake the most delicious pancakes.

Ingredients:

Half a liter of yogurt;
tsp soda (baking soda);
two teaspoons of yeast (dry);
warm water– half a glass;
sugar - tablespoon;
salt - on the tip of a spoon;
flour - by eye.

Cooking method:

Dissolve a spoonful of sugar in a glass of warm water and dissolve the yeast. Leave it to come up. Add soda to warm yogurt, pour in the yeast mixture, sugar and mix. The flour is sifted and added in a thin stream to the remaining ingredients. No eggs are added. The dough is brought to a consistency and placed in a warm place for half an hour. As soon as the dough has doubled, they begin to bake the pancakes.
Fry in a frying pan lightly greased with vegetable oil. There is no need to pour a lot of oil, since the pancakes are porous and will quickly absorb excess fat.

Advice. To drain excess fat from the pancakes, place them on a paper napkin; it will absorb it.
Hot pancakes can be smeared with honey; it will be absorbed into the delicacy, making it even tastier and healthier. But it’s better to serve sour cream in a separate sauce boat.

With cinnamon and apples

Pancakes, like pies, can be baked with various fillings. The simplest and fastest of them is apple. If desired, instead of apples, you can add pitted cherries (or cherry jam), pieces of pear or peach to the dough.

Ingredients:

0.25 l of liquid yogurt and kefir;
sixty grams of granulated sugar;
two (chicken) eggs;
1/2 tsp. soda (baking soda);
one and a half glasses of flour (highest grade) – sifted;
salt;
two small apples;
refined oil;
a bag of cinnamon.

Cooking method:

Yogurt at room temperature is mixed and combined with soda. In a separate bowl, first beat the white, in another bowl - the yolk, then combine them. Add granulated sugar and beat again by hand. Add yogurt and soda to the whipped mixture and add salt. Gradually add flour and stir immediately so that no lumps form. Once the flour has dissolved, the dough is allowed to stand for a while. At this time, the apples are prepared. They are washed, peeled and cut into cubes. You can also grate it on a coarse grater, then the pancakes will not have a filling, but will only add an aromatic flavor. Sprinkle the apple filling on top with cinnamon (you can do without it), mix with a spoon and add to the dough. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Turn over as soon as the oil in the pan begins to bubble.
Served with sour cream, jam, honey.

Advice. Pancakes stacked in layers on top of each other in portioned dishes will be a beautiful serving. Coat with honey or pour over condensed milk. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top and decorate with fresh berries or a sprig of mint. Children will especially enjoy this dessert.
And if you are an esthete from birth and love beauty, use a special form when baking pancakes. The pancakes will be smooth and the same size.
