1. Wash the pork tenderloin, pat it dry with napkins and cut into small strips or cubes. Place in a deep plate and season with curry and salt. Mix everything well so that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

2. Remove the skins from the potato tubers, wash them well and cut them into bars, one centimeter thick. Cover the potatoes with cold water to prevent them from darkening.
