Everyone knows that men love to eat delicious food. And of course, everyone knows that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Whether this is really so is up to you to judge. But every woman wants to prepare delicious food for the most important men's holiday on February 23. And I think, not so much to pave this way, but simply because all of us women love our men very much. Therefore, we want to feed them delicious food every day, and even more so on holidays.

For the festive table on Defender of the Fatherland Day, you need to prepare what men like to eat. What do they love?

It is generally accepted that men prefer meat to all other dishes. This is true, but no less than this they love poultry, fish, pasta, dumplings, pies, pancakes, hamburgers... Besides, I’ll tell you a secret, they also have a big sweet tooth, although they try to carefully hide it. In general, I think that men just love delicious food, and it can be completely different.

Therefore, when preparing for the holiday, you can cook any food, you just need to do it with love, with desire, sometimes with creativity, and always with a good attitude!

And today’s menu is made up of the simplest and no less delicious recipes, which will not be difficult to prepare. And it won't take too much time. These recipes are perfect for both holidays and weekdays.

It's no secret that almost all men love hamburgers. That's why we prepare this simple and delicious foreign sandwich for breakfast.


We will need:

  • smoked, boiled, baked meat (any) - 500 - 600 g
  • buns with sesame seeds for hamburger – 3 – 4 pcs.
  • cucumber - 1 piece
  • lettuce leaves

For the sauce:

  • egg - 2 pcs
  • olives - 10 -15 pcs.
  • parsley - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • mayonnaise - 3 - 4 tbsp. spoons

Preparation:

1. First we need to boil the eggs for the sauce. They should not be cooked for long until they boil, just two minutes. When ready, they should have a runny yolk inside. After they are cooked, immerse them in cold water so that they cool as quickly as possible, otherwise you won’t get a runny yolk.

2. While the eggs are boiling and cooling, let’s make the buns. Cut them in half and fry in a hot frying pan without oil until golden brown.



3. You can use any meat - pork, beef, chicken, turkey will do. When you go to the refrigerator in the meat department, you always look at the appearance of the meat. So, what we liked from that is what we will cook. I liked the turkey. It is not greasy, not dry, slightly smoked and very tasty. This means the hamburger will turn out the same.

If I have time and minced meat, then I fry special flat cutlets. I make them thin, and thanks to this they fry very quickly. Then the burgers turn out like at McDonald's.

But today is a quick recipe using prepared meat. We need to cut it into flat pieces, like for sandwiches. For one bun, count 3 - 4 pieces 0.5 cm thick. Yes, not one at a time, but exactly 4 at a time, we are preparing it - it’s for the holiday!

4. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them with a paper towel.

5. Prepare the sauce. Mash the eggs with a fork. Chop the greens and olives; by the way, you can replace them with capers. Mix all ingredients.



6. Spread the sauce on the bottom of the bun.


Place a pile of meat on it in random order, cucumbers and herbs on top. Cover with the top of the bun.



7. Serve with tea or coffee. Either cold or hot. But always with good and warm words and wishes. Enjoy eating!

If desired, you can put a slice of tomato or bell pepper in the middle.

Quick hot dog

A home-cooked hot dog is always tastier than a store-bought one. And you can prepare it very quickly, especially if you buy everything you need ahead of time.


We will need:

  • hot dog buns - 3-4 pieces
  • sausages - 3 - 4 pieces
  • or any smoked and boiled - smoked meat, or chicken - 300 g
  • tomato – 1 – 2 pcs
  • cucumber – 1 – 2 pcs
  • cheese - 200 - 300 gr
  • spicy ketchup
  • salad

Preparation:

1. Cut the hot dog bun on one side so that it is convenient to put the filling in it.

2. Wash and dry the cucumbers and tomatoes. Then cut them into slices. Cut the cheese into slices of the same size.

3. Sausages are usually used for hot dogs; you need to choose them of good quality. Unfortunately, these days it can be quite difficult to find them. Therefore, I will not use sausages, but smoked chicken breast. Here you can already see exactly what is in the composition. Cut the breast as desired, either into strips, or, as I did, into a long layer about 1 cm thick.

4. Place lettuce, meat or sausage in the bun, then vegetables, cheese and pour ketchup on top. If a man likes spicy food, then it is best to add spicy ketchup.


Unfortunately, I no longer had lettuce leaves at that time, so for color and aroma, I added a sprig of dill. But I promise that I will prepare better for the holiday.

5. Place in the microwave or oven, heat until the cheese melts.

6. Serve with hot tea or coffee.

Hot sandwich with cheese, meat and vegetables

Hot cheese sandwiches are one of the simplest and most delicious. And for the holiday you can diversify it by adding meat, vegetables and eggs. In addition, you can prepare it from bread crumbs. What is not a replacement for foreign fast food?

We will need:

  • bread crumbs - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • any smoked or smoked meat - boiled - 300 g
  • boiled egg - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 100 gr
  • cucumber - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • tomato - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • radishes - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • salad
  • ketchup - optional

Preparation:

1. Wash the vegetables, dry with a paper towel and cut into slices or half-slices. So that it is convenient to lay them out on the edges.

2. You can use any meat for sandwiches, the one you have in the refrigerator, or the one you buy. I use boiled smoked beef for sandwiches. Cut it into a large flat piece about 1 cm thick.

3. Peel the egg and cut it into flat slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

4. Place all ingredients on the bottom of the edge in any order.


I laid it out in this order - cucumber, tomato, meat, radish, egg, cheese. You can add hot ketchup to the middle, if desired.


5. Cover the top with the edges and bake in the microwave until the cheese spreads and saturates all the layers.


6. Serve with tea or coffee.

All these Russian and non-Russian sandwiches for breakfast were invariably met with delight! Therefore, you can safely cook, men will certainly appreciate it!

Vegetables and meat can be wrapped in pita bread, and then served for breakfast. This is another one of the favorite men's dishes.

However, breakfast can be prepared in a more complex way! For example, you can cook pancakes. A large number of recipes are given in a special article. But today we will prepare them according to a recipe that is not in this article. My husband loves this dish very much.

Pancake pie with butter and eggs

We will need:

  • flour - 1.5 cups
  • milk - 500 ml
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp. spoons
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoon

For filling:

  • butter - 100 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • salt - to taste
  • berries or fruits for decoration

Preparation:

1. Mix the eggs with a fork, add milk, salt and add sugar. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

2. Sift the flour into a deep bowl and gradually pour the liquid component into it, mixing thoroughly. Pour in half of it first and mix until the lumps disappear. Then, continuing to stir, pour in the rest. You can use a whisk to do this.

3. When the mixture becomes homogeneous and completely ready, add oil and mix again.

4. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes, then grease the pan with oil and bake the pancakes.

5. While the pancakes are baking, melt the butter in a water bath and beat the eggs into it. Add salt and mix.

6. When all the pancakes are ready, let's start assembling the pie.

7. Place one pancake on the bottom of the frying pan, grease it with butter and egg. Then place the next pancake and grease it. And so, put it out until the pancakes run out.

8. You can cut the pie into 4 parts, or leave it whole. Cover with foil. Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes.

Or leave it in the pan. Cover with a lid and place on very low heat for 15 minutes.

During this time, the pancakes will be soaked in butter and egg and will be very tasty. If you simmer them in a frying pan, the bottom pancake will bake and become crispy and crispy. This is my husband's favorite.


Decorate the top of the pancake pie with any fruit or berries, canned.

This is a recipe that is called in Russian. But you can cook it with a foreign accent.

French pancakes "Suzette"

We will need:

  • cream 10% – 350 ml
  • wheat flour - 350 gr
  • eggs - 6 pcs
  • sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • salt - a pinch
  • liqueur - 0.5 cups
  • butter
  • Orange juice

Preparation:

1. Sift flour, mix with eggs, salt and sugar. Gradually pour in the cream, stirring the mixture continuously.

2. When the mass becomes homogeneous, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

3. Bake thin pancakes. Roll each one into a roll or simply fold it into quarters.

4. Heat orange juice in a water bath and pour into a sauce boat.

5. When serving, drizzle with melted butter, liqueur and orange juice.


This is such a simple and delicious recipe. And with such a name, it will be a real surprise for all men.

Another great breakfast idea is this. I already described how to prepare it in one of the articles using the example of 22 recipes. Therefore, in order not to repeat myself, I propose to prepare a frittata, or Italian omelette, today.

Italian frittata with mushrooms and spinach

The frittata is first prepared in a frying pan and then finished in the oven. Various vegetables and ingredients can be used as filling. Same as in, but the cooking technology must be followed.


We will need:

  • eggs - 4 - 5 pcs
  • champignons – 200 gr
  • spinach (can be frozen) - 150 g
  • hard cheese - 50 g
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • onion - leek, or regular - 0.5 pcs.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Thinly slice the mushrooms and cut the onion into small cubes. In Italy, leeks are used, they are more tender and not so bitter. Therefore, see for yourself which one you will use.

2. Fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil until it softens slightly and turns brown. Add mushrooms and simmer all together for 5 minutes.


3. Add spinach and simmer everything together for another 3 - 4 minutes. If you can’t find spinach, it’s winter after all, then you can add parsley. It will be delicious too.

4. Beat eggs with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Then add grated cheese to the mixture. In Italy they use Parmesan, but we have Russian hard cheese.

5. Add spinach with mushrooms and onions to the egg mixture, mix everything.


Pour into prepared and greased baking dish. Or you can bake it in muffin tins like I do.


6. Bake the frittata in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.

7. The finished frittata exceeds all your wildest expectations in taste. Tasty, incomparable to anything else, and very satisfying!


As mentioned above, you can use tomatoes, bell peppers, and even boiled potatoes left over from dinner as a filling. Everything your imagination can do.

So, we had a pretty extensive breakfast. When I prepared such breakfasts, all my family refused lunch and we had an early dinner that day. That's why I won't stop for lunch. But still, if you decide to cook it, I highly recommend thick soups of oriental cuisine - or. All the men I know always eat them with pleasure.


Well, or if, for some reason, you don’t cook soups of oriental cuisine, cook Russian or cook. All men also love them and always eat them with pleasure.

In the meantime, I propose moving on to the evening program. Where I will also offer several simple and delicious homemade recipes. I prepared two different salads especially for the holiday, and I suggest starting with them.

“Gift” salad with chicken and mushrooms

This salad first of all amazes with its beauty when served. And only then the taste. It is prepared very simply and quite quickly. Therefore, I highly recommend it. He will not leave anyone indifferent.

We will need:

  • boiled chicken fillet or meat - 250 g
  • canned or fried mushrooms - 250 gr
  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs
  • small apples - 2 - 3 pcs
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • boiled carrots - 1 pc.
  • processed cheese - 100 gr
  • mayonnaise - 200 g (but less is possible)
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • liquid honey - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - to taste

For decoration:

  • cucumber - 1 piece
  • parsley - 1 - 2 sprigs (or lettuce leaves)

Preparation:

1. Peel the chicken breast from the skin and cut into small pieces; you can also cook it from boiled beef.

2. Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water over it. Leave for 15 minutes until the bitterness comes out. Then drain the boiling water and rinse the onion with cold water.

3. Let the water drain, then add apple cider vinegar, add honey, a little salt and stir. Leave the onion to marinate like this.

4. Place the chopped meat or breast in a large flat plate in the form of a square.


Next add pickled onions.


5. Chop the pickled mushrooms. And lay out the next layer.


If the mushrooms are frozen, they can be fried along with some diced onion.

6. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and place on the mushrooms. This layer should be greased with mayonnaise.


7. Peel the apples, grate them on a coarse grater and place in the next layer. To prevent them from darkening, lightly grease them with mayonnaise.


8. Peel the boiled eggs and separate them into whites and yolks. Grate the yolk on a fine grater and place on a layer of mayonnaise.

9. Also grate the processed cheese, you can use a coarse grater and place it on the yolks. To make it easier to grate the cheese, you need to keep it in the freezer for some time.


10. This layer also needs to be coated with mayonnaise, and not only the top, but also the side walls.

11. Grate the whites on a medium grater and place on top and sides.

12. In order to decorate the salad with festive ribbons, we will need a knife for peeling and slicing vegetables and a medium-length cucumber. Using a knife, cut thin long cucumber slices in the amount of 5 - 6 pieces.

13. Decorate the salad as if we were tying a gift with ribbons.


14. Tear leaves from parsley or lettuce and decorate on four sides.

15. Let stand in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours so that the salad is soaked, then serve to the delight of all those present.

16. Eat with pleasure!

As you can see, the salad turned out very beautiful, and also very tasty!

Salad “Star” for February 23

I thought for a long time about how to come up with a themed salad, and did not find anything better in design than a star. As they say, it turned out simple, but tasteful. This salad can be prepared using any of those you like as a base. I took it as a basis, everyone certainly loves it.

We will need (for a small portion, about 4 people):

  • canned saury - 1 can (or other fish)
  • boiled potatoes - 2 pcs
  • boiled carrots - 2 pcs
  • boiled egg - 2 pcs
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • pomegranate for decoration
  • lettuce leaves - for decoration


Preparation:

1. Peel vegetables and eggs. Grate the vegetables on a coarse grater. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. And grate on a fine grater.

2. Place lettuce leaves in a large flat plate as a base and decoration for the salad.

3. Place grated potatoes in the first layer, giving it a star shape. This will take most of the cooked potatoes, leaving a smaller part for the next layer.


4. Open the jar of saury, place 2/3 of the jar without juice in a separate bowl and mash with a fork. Since the salad turns out to be small, the whole jar will be a lot. But sometimes there is more liquid in the jar than fish. In this case, use all the saury.

You can use not only saury, but also any canned fish. You can also take boiled or fried. baked or salted fish, such as red fish. In this case, the salad will actually turn out festive.

5. Place the fish on a layer of potatoes, maintaining the star shape.


6. Place the remaining potatoes in the next layer. And although there is quite a bit of it for a layer, it is quite enough to partially cover the fish and pour it all over with 3 teaspoons of fish juice from a jar. You will need less mayonnaise.


7. Next layer of carrots. This layer should be greased with a small amount of mayonnaise. This is a matter of taste; some people like salads with more of it, others with less. Therefore, coat the layers to your liking.


8. Then egg white. We will also grease this layer with mayonnaise.


9. Well, the last layer will be the yolk. We distribute it according to the star. We try to sprinkle the side walls as much as possible.

10. Decorate as you wish. You can get creative with decorations. Lay out, for example, not only the number 23, but also all the side walls with pomegranate seeds.


If you make a salad with red salted fish, you can garnish it with red caviar. Such a salad can be called “General’s Star,” and in this case the husband can only be addressed as “My General!”

You can think ahead and come up with some of your own original salad design, this will be a special sign of attention on this day!

By the way, it always enjoys great success in our family, it is beautiful and very tasty. True, it will take a little more time to prepare it, and it should infuse for 10 - 12 hours, but you can prepare it in advance. And then there will be more time to prepare the main dish.

Pilaf with dried fruits in Armenian style

Almost all men love pilaf, I know this firsthand. I often cook pilaf and often for various holidays and events. There are several on the pages of my blog. If you wish, follow any of the proposed recipes and you will prepare pilaf the way real Uzbeks prepare it.

But in order not to repeat myself, today I want to offer a version of the Armenian holiday pilaf with dried fruits. I hope that this pilaf will also have its admirers.

We will need:

  • rice - 2 cups
  • raisins – 100 gr
  • dried apricots - 100 gr
  • pitted dates - 100 g
  • almonds - 70 gr
  • ghee - 0.5 cups
  • thin lavash - 1 piece
  • pomegranate seeds - for decoration, optional
  • salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. Rinse dried fruits thoroughly and dry with a paper towel. Then place in a saucepan and place in a water bath for 30 minutes.

2. Add 2 - 3 tbsp. spoons of melted butter, let it melt, stir and remove the fruit from the bath.

3. Pour 6 cups of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Salt the water to taste, adding about 1 tbsp. spoon and pour the washed rice into it.

4. Cook the rice until almost done, leaving it slightly undercooked. Then place the rice in a sieve and rinse with cold water.

5. Now the fun begins. Grease the bottom of the cauldron with 1/3 of the melted butter. Cover it with pita bread and lay out 1/3 of the rice. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.

6. Then again lay out 1/3 of the rice and pour oil again. Then add the remaining rice and pour over the remaining oil.

7. Wrap the lid of the cauldron on the inside with a towel and cover the cauldron with it. If there is water left in the cauldron, the towel will absorb excess moisture.

8. Place the cauldron on low heat and simmer the rice for 15 - 20 minutes.

9. Then place the rice on a large dish and garnish with stewed fruits and nuts. You can use any nuts, not just almonds! You can sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top for beauty.


This kind of pilaf is not prepared often. And you will be able to surprise all the men present at the holiday.

However, we remember that for many men, a holiday is not a holiday if there is no meat on the table. Therefore, you can prepare the meat separately for this pilaf. And then I will tell you how to cook delicious meat.

Beef in cognac marinade

Even just from the name alone, this dish should appeal to men. And in appearance, it is at its best - who would refuse a whole piece of meat or steak. Moreover, it turns out so appetizing and tasty that it will be difficult to stop until you eat everything that is prepared.

We will need:

  • beef, tenderloin – 1 – 1.5 kg
  • cognac – 70 ml
  • dry red wine - 2 glasses
  • olive oil – 50 – 70 ml
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • thyme - 2 sprigs
  • black peppercorns - 6 - 8 pcs
  • salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. Wash the beef, dry it and cut into large slices.

2. Chop the onion and garlic. Crush the pepper in a mortar.

3. In a separate container, mix cognac, wine, oil, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Remove the leaves from the thyme and add them to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are combined.

4. Place the meat in a bowl, pour the marinade over each layer and so on until the meat is gone. Pour the remaining marinade on top. Place in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.

5. Fry the meat in the oven on a wire rack using grill mode for 4 - 6 minutes on each side, periodically pouring marinade over it. Place a baking sheet under the meat so that the juices flow there and do not dirty the oven. If possible, the meat can also be baked on the grill using a grill.


If there is no grill mode in the oven, then the meat can be baked in foil until cooked. It will be delicious too.

6. Serve hot, with fresh or baked vegetables and fresh herbs.

Japanese tonkatsu pork chops

Many men love pork chops, and it turns out that we are not the only ones. In Japan they cook pork chops in this interesting way.

We will need:

  • pork pulp (without fat) - 400 - 500 gr
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • dry white bread - 50 g
  • flour - 50 g
  • oil - for frying
  • salt, pepper - to taste

For the sauce:

  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • ketchup - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sugar or better honey - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • ready mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • ground ginger - 0.5 teaspoons
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • ground spices - cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg - a pinch

Preparation:

1. Cut the pork into thin, flat portions and lightly pound it with a hammer. Pork meat is tender, and therefore it is better to beat it, wrapped in cling film.

2. Then remove the film and sprinkle each piece on all sides with salt and pepper. Let it sit for a while.

3. Meanwhile, grind the dry bread with a blender into coarse crumbs, or you can use ready-made breadcrumbs. Place them on a flat plate.

4. Place flour on another plate.

5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with two tablespoons of water; you can use a fork for this.

6. Place the frying pan on the fire and heat the oil in it.

7. Dredge the pork pieces in flour, then dip in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.

8. Fry the chops in a frying pan for 7 - 9 minutes until golden brown. It is not recommended to turn it back and forth several times; you only need to turn it once.

9. Place on a plate, cut into narrow strips if desired.


10. For the sauce, mix all ingredients. Serve with chops.

Roast pork in sweet glaze with beer

A truly festive and very tasty dish that will not leave anyone present at the festive table indifferent. It's not quick to prepare, but everything can be done in advance.

We will need:

  • pork ham – 1.8 kg
  • potatoes - 800 gr
  • onions - 4 pcs.
  • meat broth - 250 ml.
  • dark beer - 6 tbsp. spoons
  • orange jam
  • vegetable oil
  • cloves - a handful
  • thyme
  • Bay leaf
  • salt pepper

Preparation:

1. Pour cold water over the ham at the rate of 1 tbsp. spoon per liter of water. After 12 hours, drain the water and replace it with fresh, also salted. Leave for another 12 hours.

2. Then place the meat in fresh water, bring to a boil, add salt to taste and cook for 4-5 hours. 2 hours after the start of cooking, put 2 onions in the water. whole. At the end of cooking, add pepper and bay leaf. Remove the meat and cool.

3. Make diamond-shaped cuts on the meat and insert a clove into the middle of each diamond.

4. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Cut the onion into half rings.

5. Fry in oil in a thick-walled frying pan until half cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Pour in the broth, sprinkle with thyme leaves, and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

5. Mix beer and jam.

6. Make room in the center for the meat, lay it out and brush with the resulting mixture.

7. Bake for 30 minutes, brushing the meat with a mixture of beer and jam every 5 - 7 minutes. The surface will gradually become covered with a layer of glaze.

8. Take out the finished meat and potatoes and let them sit for 10 minutes, then cut into pieces.


9. Serve hot with potatoes.

Meat according to the Empress's recipe

Using this recipe, you can quickly prepare a delicious main dish of meat.

We will need:

  • minced beef - 600 gr
  • smoked sausage - 70 gr
  • grated cheese - 50 g
  • egg - 2 pcs
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - 30 g
  • tomato paste - 40 g
  • chopped greens - 30 g
  • lemon juice - 20 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Pass the sausage, egg and garlic through a meat grinder. If there is ready-made minced meat, then we will use it, if not, then we will twist it into the total mass.

2. Add grated cheese. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste, mix everything thoroughly.

3. Form a flatbread in the shape of a frying pan, roll both sides in flour and fry it in olive oil on both sides.

4. Mix tomato paste with chopped herbs and lemon juice. 5 minutes before it’s ready, pour this sauce over the meat flatbread and simmer everything together.

5. Serve hot, cut into portions.


This is such an interesting and unusual dish.

In addition to meat, you can cook fish and chicken. It's quick and easy to bake them in the oven.

Whole chicken baked in the oven in a bag

We will need:

  • chicken - 1 piece
  • spices
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • baking bag

Preparation:

Chicken baked in the oven in any way is just a lifesaver for all holiday events. When you need to quickly set the table, but there is no free time, this dish will always come to your aid.

1. Wash the chicken and dry it with a paper towel.

We will need:

  • pickled cucumber and tomatoes

Preparation:

1. Clean the fish, cut off the head or leave it with the head, especially if the fish is not very large. In this case, it is necessary to remove the gills so that they do not give bitterness to the pulp.

2. Rinse the carcass thoroughly. Then let the water drain and dry it outside and inside with a paper towel. Grate with fish spices, salt and pepper, rub the mixture into the skin and flesh.

Let sit for 20 - 30 minutes so that the fish is lightly marinated.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the fish on it.

4. Place sour cream, chopped pickled cucumber and tomato on the back. Bake the fish for 30 minutes.

If you don’t have time to work with yeast dough, then you can always offer a replacement - kefir dough. It cooks quickly, but turns out no less tasty.

We will need (for 18 pieces):

  • minced meat - 400 gr
  • onion - 2 heads
  • spices for meat
  • salt pepper
  • boiled water or broth - 0.5 cups
  • vegetable oil - for frying

For the test:

  • flour - 4 cups
  • kefir - 1.5 cups
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • soda - 0.5 teaspoon
  • salt - 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

1. Knead the dough. To do this, sift the flour through a sieve into a bowl. Add salt and crack the egg into the middle, whisk with a fork.

2. Dilute soda in half a glass of kefir and let stand for a while until bubbles appear on the surface.

3. Add kefir to flour, mix. Then slowly pour in the remaining kefir.


4. Knead the dough first in a bowl and then on the table. Knead until plastic and homogeneous. Cover with a bowl or napkin and let stand for 30 minutes.

5. Prepare minced meat. Cut the onion into cubes as finely as possible and add it to the minced meat. Salt, pepper, add broth or boiled water. You can add spices if desired. Mix thoroughly and let stand for a while.


6. When 30 minutes have passed and the dough has rested, let’s start making whiteshi. Cut a piece from the dough, roll it into a sausage and divide it into several equal parts.


7. Roll into rounds 1 cm thick and 12 - 15 cm in diameter.

8. Place a full tablespoon of minced meat in the middle and form whites.


9. In a cauldron or frying pan with high sides, heat the oil until smoking. The oil should reach the middle of the whitewash. Place the belyashi with the hole down and fry over medium heat until golden brown.


10. Then use a slotted spoon to turn it over to the other side. There is no need to turn it back, otherwise all the juice will flow out.


11. Place the finished whites on paper towels. so that they absorb excess fat.


12. Serve with sour cream, kefir, hot broth or tea. Eat with pleasure.

If the whites remain uneaten, you can eat them even cold, or you can heat them in the microwave.

Russian pizza made from yeast dough

We call this pizza that way because we prepare it most often from what we have in the refrigerator. And since you can always find a lot of things in the refrigerator, it always turns out thick and tasty! You can buy the dough in the store, but you can make it yourself. But since there is a lot of filling, it is better to have yeast dough.

We will need:

  • ready-made yeast dough - 1 kg
  • meat, sausage or chicken - 200 -300 g
  • cheese - 300 gr
  • soft boiled egg - 2 pcs
  • any mushrooms - 150 -200 gr
  • pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • ketchup - optional

Preparation:

I wrote down the products that we use to make pizza today. Your composition may be different and the quantity may also vary.

1. Cut meat, mushrooms, cucumbers and eggs into small strips or cubes.

2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

3. Cut the tomatoes into rounds.

4. Roll out the dough. You can roll out all the dough at once, then the pizza will turn out fluffy. But I leave some of the dough for the second small pizza. Therefore, I roll out most of it to the size of the baking sheet.

5. Grease a baking sheet with oil and lay out the rolled out layer. Stretch it slightly with your hands.

6. Coat the top with ketchup if desired. Then lay out the prepared filling in this order - meat, mushrooms, cucumber, egg.

7. Then layer tomatoes and sprinkle cheese on top.


8. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.


9. Take out the pizza and brush the edges of the pizza with butter until they become soft.


This pizza is my husband's favorite. And therefore, if I decide to prepare it for February 23rd in exactly this form.

And for my vegetarian son I got this pizza, there is no meat in it. The rest of the ingredients can be left the same.


The article is not short at all, it’s time to finish it. We haven't made dessert yet. I offer a very simple pie recipe.

Pear Pie with Whipped Cream

We will need:

  • egg - 4 pcs
  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
  • vegetable oil - for greasing
  • milk - 1/3 cup
  • soda - 0.5 teaspoons
  • pears - 2 - 3 pcs

Preparation:

1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar into a foam.

2. Add butter, continuing to beat. Then milk and flour mixed with soda.

3. Grease a baking dish, lightly sprinkle with flour and place the dough into it.

4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until slightly golden brown. Then take out the mold and place thinly sliced ​​pears on the crust.

5. Beat the whites with sugar until stable peaks form. Spread the cream over the pears.

6. Place in the oven and bake until golden brown.


7. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.

  • salmon steaks approximately 170 grams;
  • 1.5 tbsp. spoons olive oil;
  • two cloves of chopped garlic;
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger;
  • a tablespoon of mustard;
  • a third of a glass of lemon juice;
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix oil, mustard, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, sugar and red pepper in a small glass bowl.
  2. Place the salmon pieces in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour. Remove the fish from the refrigerator, turn it over on the other side and leave for another hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Remove the fish from the marinade and allow excess liquid to drain.

Three types of meat in one dish are an incomparable solution. This is very festive and men should certainly like it.

Ingredients:
1. Pork or beef tenderloin - 500 g
2.Bacon or smoked meat - 300 g
3.White wine - 100 ml
4. Chicken breast - 2 pcs.
5. Garlic - 2 cloves
6. Spices

Preparation
Dry the washed meat and breast and cut into small pieces. Same size. Salt and pepper the meat, pour in white wine. Place in the refrigerator. Season the chicken a little, squeeze out the garlic and add oil. Olive is recommended. After a few hours, the marinated meat and chicken pieces are paired together and wrapped in strips of smoked meat or bacon. Secure the ends of the bacon with a toothpick.
Place the prepared meat rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees.
Serve garnished with any vegetables or boiled rice.

You can prepare a holiday appetizer from the liver. And by adding mushrooms, you can turn an ordinary liver into a masterpiece of culinary art.

Ingredients:
1. Beef liver - 500 g
2. Chicken liver - 500 g
3.Eggs - 2 pcs.
4.Milk - 1/2 cup
5.Salt, pepper.

Filling:
1. Mayonnaise - 300 g
2. Garlic - 5 cloves
3. bow 1
4. carrots
5.Salt, vegetable oil.
6.Two hard-boiled eggs and one bunch of dill - for decoration.

Preparation
Pass the prepared liver through a meat grinder. Add milk, eggs, spices, flour and mix everything until smooth. You will get liver dough. It should be like pancakes.

Now, chop the onion, simmer until transparent, add finely chopped carrots, add salt and simmer until the carrots become soft. Add garlic, passed through a press, to the mayonnaise. Mix. Grease the liver cakes with mayonnaise and place one on top of the other, transferring with the filling. Press the last cake down a little, spread with mayonnaise, sprinkle first with grated egg white, then with yolk. Garnish with dill. It is advisable to let the appetizer sit for a while to soak in.
