Radon waters with a concentration of 180 nCi/l were used. All procedures were carried out on the same day, 2-3 days in a row, 1 day break, 10 procedures per course. Clinical analyzes of blood and urine remained within the normal range, the degree of purity of the vaginal flora - II. The patient was discharged from the hospital with improvement general condition, state of the mammary glands, gynecological status. After 1 year, the patient was re-examined in the clinic. Ultrasound of the mammary glands in patients of both groups showed positive changes: a decrease in the size of mastopathy foci. The data of examination and palpation, ultrasound examination of the mammary glands, in comparison with the condition after the course therapy, worsened somewhat, but did not reach the previous severity of pathological manifestations.

Summary. Thus, the patient received a course of treatment with tamoxifen, there were a number of side effects from taking the drug on the part of the hepatobiliary, urinary system. A remission was observed within 6 months, the patient noted some deterioration from the 7th month after the end of the course of treatment.

According to this method, 24 patients suffering from diffuse proliferative dyshormonal diseases of the mammary gland, which developed against the background of hormone-dependent diseases of the genitals, were treated. The control group consisted of 15 people who received a course of tamoxifen according to the scheme. Both groups were clinically identical. All patients complained of recurrent pulling and arching pains in the mammary glands, associated and not associated with the cycle. In all patients, foci of diffuse seals in the mammary glands were determined, painful on palpation.

Patients of both groups underwent a study of blood hormones in the second phase menstrual cycle(FSH, LH, prolactin, estradiol and progesterone), as well as ultrasound scanning of the mammary glands and the hepatobiliary system.

In the study of blood hormones in women in both groups, elevated values estradiol and decreased progesterone levels. Ultrasound of the mammary glands in patients of both groups showed multiple diffusely located areas of echopositive inclusions, mostly in the upper outer, upper inner, and less often in the lower outer quadrants. Significant pathologies of the hepatobiliary system were not detected by ultrasound scanning.

After complex treatment with the use of radon procedures in the form of baths, gynecological irrigation, microenemas and laser therapy locally on the mammary glands, a significant decrease in soreness and size of mastopathy foci was observed, an improvement in the consistency of both the affected areas and the mammary gland as a whole.

After a course of receiving tamoxifen, all patients in the control group showed a deterioration in the general condition: in 7 (46.6%) women, the prothrombin index increased, 8 (53.3%) patients complained of nausea, heaviness in the right hypochondrium, sometimes diarrhea (with errors in the diet). Available in 6 (40%) people chronic pyelonephritis aggravated: there was the appearance of pain in the area of ​​the projection of the kidneys, frequent urination at night, swelling of the face and legs. 6 patients (40%) developed uterine bleeding against the background of taking the drug; at the control ultrasound of the genitals in these women, endometrial hyperplasia was determined.

In the control group, initially elevated values ​​of estradiol decreased in all patients (from 319.8±15.27 to 247.3±18.31 pg/ml, p<0,05).
